【摘要】：渠道是制造商將產(chǎn)品發(fā)送到中間商、零售商最終到達消費者手中的通道或途徑,是產(chǎn)品或服務從產(chǎn)地轉(zhuǎn)移到其它地方整個過程所依賴的組織結構。由此可見:(1)渠道管控高度依賴渠道成員;(2)渠道管控高度依賴渠道終端的營銷數(shù)據(jù)。本文涉及的中煙A公司全國零售戶超過50萬,銷區(qū)覆蓋全國。該公司為實現(xiàn)終端數(shù)據(jù)移動采集、確保資源投放準確、提高銷售決策響應度,通過渠道管控移動應用的開發(fā),實現(xiàn)渠道有效管控,并構建渠道風險預警管控機制。本論文研究目標:通過對渠道管控移動端應用的開發(fā),滿足企業(yè)對渠道信息迅速獲取的需求,并運用移動終端數(shù)據(jù)采集功能達到渠道零售戶數(shù)據(jù)快速回收的目的;以數(shù)據(jù)挖掘為手段,科學解決數(shù)據(jù)采集過程中地域廣有重疊、巡點多難分配、實地采集工作量估算難、采集品種目標鎖定難的問題;運用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘結果,提出有效的渠道管控方法。依據(jù)研究目標,完成的研究任務如下:(1)完成對渠道管控移動應用的開發(fā),實現(xiàn)通過基于ESB的Web Service架構服務平臺的數(shù)據(jù)請求,實現(xiàn)用戶通過對數(shù)據(jù)項的下鉆、維度選取等方式的渠道主題信息數(shù)據(jù)獲取。(2)將移動終端零售戶數(shù)據(jù)采集巡店計劃中的店鋪選定,通過K-means聚類對店鋪坐標進行區(qū)域圈定。確定人員對區(qū)域一對N關系,將人員采集區(qū)域收斂、分類;同時提出改進的k-medoids算法,應證并優(yōu)化聚類結果減少重疊率,加強收斂。(3)運用因子分析法對多維空間的數(shù)據(jù)進行降維處理,簡化采集的數(shù)據(jù)。在銷區(qū)零售戶內(nèi)、在千余種快消產(chǎn)品中,鎖定渠道主要管控對象和每日數(shù)據(jù)采集目標;并對區(qū)域內(nèi)零售商類型進行聚類分析。(4)對移動終端零售戶數(shù)據(jù)采集功能增加屬性收集層,收集終端渠道成員(巡店業(yè)務員)巡點數(shù)、巡點覆蓋面積、時間三個維度屬性,用于定量分析;并以123位巡店業(yè)務員的工作屬性為例,運用fisher分類算法用訓練數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)建的模型,對新增若干名業(yè)務員按其工作屬性判別歸類。(5)基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘結果,結合中煙A公司實例,提出渠道成員相應的管控決策。包括:ABC分類、80/20規(guī)則、平滑指數(shù)法等管控方法。
[Abstract]:A channel is a channel or channel through which a manufacturer sends a product to an intermediary and a retailer finally reaches a consumer. It is the organizational structure on which the whole process of product or service transfer from place of production to other places depends. Thus, channel control is highly dependent on channel members; The marketing data of channel management and control are highly dependent on channel terminal. In this paper, the retail households of Zhongyan A Company are more than 500,000, and the sales area covers the whole country. The company is to realize the mobile collection of terminal data. To ensure accurate resource delivery, improve the sales decision-making response, through the development of channel management and control mobile applications, achieve effective channel control. This paper aims: through the development of channel management and control mobile applications to meet the needs of enterprises to obtain channel information quickly. And use the mobile terminal data collection function to achieve the channel retail household data fast recovery purpose; By means of data mining, the problems of overlapping regions, difficult distribution of patrol points, difficult to estimate the workload of field collection and difficulty to lock the target of collecting varieties are solved scientifically in the process of data acquisition. Using the results of data mining, an effective channel control method is proposed. According to the research objectives, the research tasks are as follows: 1) the development of channel control mobile application is completed. The data request is realized through the Web Service architecture service platform based on ESB, and the data item is drilled by the user. Dimension selection and other ways of channel topic information data acquisition. 2) the mobile terminal retail household data acquisition tour shop plan in the shop selection. K-means clustering is used to delineate the location of the shop coordinates. A pair of N relationship between the personnel and the region is determined, and the area of personnel collection is converged and classified. At the same time, an improved k-medoids algorithm is proposed, which should prove and optimize the clustering results to reduce the overlap rate, and strengthen the convergence. 3) using factor analysis to reduce the dimension of the data in multidimensional space. Simplify the data collected. In the retail area, in the thousands of fast elimination products, lock the main control channels and daily data acquisition targets; Cluster analysis of regional retailers. 4) add attribute collection layer to mobile terminal retail household data collection function, collect terminal channel members (shop operators) patrol points, patrol coverage area. Three dimensional attributes of time, which are used for quantitative analysis; Taking the working attributes of 123 tour salespeople as an example, the model created with training data using fisher classification algorithm is used. Based on the results of data mining and the example of Zhongyan A Company, this paper puts forward the corresponding management and control decisions of channel members, including the classification of ": ABC". 80/20 rule, smooth index method and other control methods.
