【摘要】：近年來,我國進出口貿(mào)易迅速發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)拉動了國民經(jīng)濟的快速增長,解決了很多社會就業(yè)問題,成為支撐我國經(jīng)濟的重要推動力量。但是,伴隨著2008年的金融危機,使得我國眾多中小企業(yè)受到了不小的外部沖擊,同時也迎來了我國出口貿(mào)易前所未有的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。國際貿(mào)易環(huán)境復雜多變,有著較高的出口風險和沉沒成本,融資環(huán)境惡化對于出口貿(mào)易行為有很大的影響。我國中小企業(yè)在不斷發(fā)展的背后仍然存在許多問題,尤其是融資困難情況仍未得到有效改善。因此,本文具體分析了融資約束背景下中小企業(yè)與出口貿(mào)易行為的關系。本文借鑒異質(zhì)性企業(yè)模型,研究視角由宏觀向微觀企業(yè)層面轉換,同時考慮了融資約束這一因素對于我國中小企業(yè)出口參與的影響。以中國企業(yè)為樣本,運用2012年世界銀行"中國投資環(huán)境調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),具體研究了融資約束對中小企業(yè)出口行為的影響。實證結果表明融資約束對于我國企業(yè)出口行為有顯著的制約效應。進一步,分企業(yè)所有制類型和企業(yè)規(guī)模來研究融資約束對企業(yè)出口的影響程度,結果發(fā)現(xiàn)這種影響程度因企業(yè)規(guī)模的不同而有所差異。我國中小企業(yè)受到較嚴重的融資約束,進而制約著出口貿(mào)易行為。本文結合我國中小企業(yè)出口以及融資現(xiàn)狀,分析了我國中小企業(yè)在出口貿(mào)易中存在融資困難的現(xiàn)實問題。依據(jù)研究結果,提出了改善我國中小企業(yè)出口貿(mào)易中受到嚴重融資約束的相關建議,主要從中小企業(yè)自身、政府和金融市場三個方面進行了深入闡述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's import and export trade has developed rapidly, small and medium-sized enterprises have pulled the rapid growth of the national economy, solved a lot of social employment problems, and become an important driving force to support our economy. With the financial crisis in 2008, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China have been subjected to a large number of external shocks, but also ushered in the unprecedented pressure and challenges of China's export trade. The international trade environment is complex and changeable. With high export risk and sunk cost, the deterioration of financing environment has a great impact on export trade behavior. There are still many problems behind the continuous development of SMEs in China. In particular, the financing difficulties have not been effectively improved. Therefore, this paper specifically analyzes the relationship between SMEs and export trade behavior in the context of financing constraints. The research perspective changes from macro to micro enterprise level, and the influence of financing constraints on the export participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is considered. Using the 2012 World Bank China Investment Environment Survey data. The empirical results show that the financing constraint has a significant effect on the export behavior of Chinese enterprises. To study the influence of financing constraints on the export of enterprises according to the type of enterprise ownership and the scale of enterprises. The results show that the degree of influence varies with the size of the enterprise, and SMEs in China are severely constrained by financing. And then restrict the export trade behavior. This paper combines the export and financing status of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, analyzes the practical problems of financing difficulties in the export trade of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. According to the results of the research. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the export trade of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, which is restricted by serious financing, mainly from three aspects: the small and medium-sized enterprises themselves, the government and the financial market.
