【摘要】：朝鮮領(lǐng)導人金正恩執(zhí)政之后,朝鮮對外經(jīng)濟政策發(fā)生了歷史性的轉(zhuǎn)變,即開啟“強盛大國之門”,目標是2020年達到發(fā)達國家水平。在這一時期,中國國務(wù)院會議也提出加大金融,支持企業(yè)“走出去”這一政策；并且大力推行“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶”和“海上絲綢之路”,這些政策走向都與朝鮮的對外經(jīng)濟戰(zhàn)略目標相吻合,而中朝兩國又是友好邦國,對于中國邊境地區(qū)的企業(yè)帶來的良好機遇不言而喻。延邊州和丹東市都是與朝鮮相連的邊境地區(qū),兩地區(qū)企業(yè)都應(yīng)該把握這個大好時機,把“走出去”戰(zhàn)略與企業(yè)的實際相結(jié)合,合理規(guī)劃企業(yè)的發(fā)展道路。據(jù)調(diào)查,丹東市企業(yè)對朝貿(mào)易額占全國的七成,延邊州企業(yè)對朝貿(mào)易額只占全國的三成。本文先從歷史文化、自然資源、政策環(huán)境和風險控制這四方面對朝鮮的貿(mào)易環(huán)境進行了詳細的分析,后運用了波特的“鉆石模型”,建立了企業(yè)對朝貿(mào)易的分析模型框架,從要素條件、需求條件、相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)及支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和競爭情況、機會和政府這六個方面,來分析對延邊州和丹東市企業(yè)對朝貿(mào)易競爭力的關(guān)鍵因素,找出延邊州與丹東市企業(yè)對朝貿(mào)易的優(yōu)劣勢,再結(jié)合延邊企業(yè)的特點,提出相應(yīng)的、有實際意義的解決方法和對策。
[Abstract]:North Korea's foreign economic policy has undergone a historic shift since North Korea's leader, Kim Jong-un, took office, opening the door to a "powerful power" with the goal of reaching the level of a developed country in 2020. The meeting of the State Council of China also put forward the policy of increasing finance and supporting enterprises to "go out"; And vigorously promote the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "Maritime Silk Road", these policies are consistent with North Korea's foreign economic strategic objectives, and China and North Korea are friendly countries. The good opportunities for companies in China's border areas are self-evident. Yanbian prefecture and Dandong city are border areas connected with North Korea, and enterprises in both regions should seize this golden opportunity. Combining the "going out" strategy with the actual situation of the enterprises and rationally planning the development path of the enterprises, according to an investigation, the volume of trade between enterprises in Dandong and the DPRK accounts for 70% of the country's total trade volume. Yanbian state enterprises only account for 30% of the country's trade volume. Firstly, this paper makes a detailed analysis of North Korea's trade environment from the four aspects of history and culture, natural resources, policy environment and risk control. Then using Porter's "diamond model", the paper sets up the analysis model frame of the enterprise's trade with Korea, from the factor condition, the demand condition, the related industry and the supporting industry, the enterprise structure and the competition situation. The opportunity and the government of these six aspects to analyze the Yanbian and Dandong City enterprises on the Korean trade competitiveness of the key factors to find out the advantages and disadvantages of Yanbian and Dandong enterprises to Korea trade, and then combined with the characteristics of Yanbian enterprises. Put forward the corresponding, practical significance of the solution and countermeasures.
