【摘要】：山東舜世高科實(shí)業(yè)有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“舜世高科”)以國(guó)家“十二五”規(guī)劃和鋼貿(mào)行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型為契機(jī),依據(jù)自身實(shí)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)由鋼貿(mào)行業(yè)向生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變,促進(jìn)企業(yè)在鋼鐵行業(yè)的冰凍期實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展,同時(shí)為鋼貿(mào)行業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供參考。本文內(nèi)容共分七章。第一章為導(dǎo)論部分,主要闡述選題背景及意義、研究對(duì)象與方法、研究的基本思路及基本框架；第二章為轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)理論概述,闡述了轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的概念、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)理論的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)理論的及其主要內(nèi)容；第三章為舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及成因,剖析了舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的不足主要任務(wù)；第四章為舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的環(huán)境分析,指出舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)過(guò)程中的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。第五章為舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的設(shè)想,是本論文的核心部分,提出了舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的發(fā)展階段、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)依據(jù)和具體內(nèi)容；第六章為舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)方案的實(shí)施；第七章提出本文的結(jié)論。本文的貢獻(xiàn)主要體現(xiàn)在：一是提出了舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的政策支持和自身發(fā)展的必要性；二是提出了舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的具體內(nèi)容；三是提出了舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)方案的實(shí)施。為舜世高科公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:Shandong Shun world high tech Industrial Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "world shun tech") to "12th Five-Year" national planning and steel industry transition as an opportunity, based on their own strength, realize the enterprise by the steel industry to the manufacturing industry transformation, promote enterprises to freeze in the steel industry to achieve leapfrog development, and provide a reference for the transformation steel trade and industry upgrade. This thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborated the background and significance, research objects and methods, research ideas and the basic framework; the second chapter is the theoretical overview of transformation and upgrading, expounds the concept of transformation and upgrading, transformation and upgrade development theory, the theory of transformation and upgrading and the main contents of the third chapter is the present situation of transformation upgrade; Shun world hi tech company, the problems and causes, the author analyzes the deficiency of the main task of transformation and upgrading of the world shun hi tech company; the fourth chapter is Shun Shigao Analysis of upgrading environment, the transformation of the company, points out that upgrading the internal and external environment of the world hi tech company and shun the transformation process of transformation and upgrading of the advantages and disadvantages of the fifth chapter is the idea of the world. Shun hi tech company of transformation and upgrading, is the core part of this paper, put forward the development stage of the transformation and upgrading of the hi tech company Shun, basis and specific content of the transformation the sixth chapter is the implementation of upgrading; transformation and upgrading programs Shun world hi tech company; the seventh chapter put forward the conclusion of this paper. The contribution of this paper is mainly reflected in: put forward the necessity of shun the world hi tech company to upgrade the policy support and development; two is to put forward the specific content of the transformation and upgrading of the Shun hi tech company; three is the implementation of the proposed transformation and upgrading programs. Shun world hi tech company to provide theoretical support for the upgrading of the world hi tech company Shun transformation.
