【摘要】:隨著市場競爭和產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化趨勢愈演愈烈,處于供應鏈終端的零售商僅憑自身的力量已經(jīng)無法應對千變?nèi)f化的顧客需求,為了能夠在激烈的市場競爭中取勝,企業(yè)需要有效地管理其運營的每一個環(huán)節(jié),眾多的零售公司仍然只關注對處于流通終端的消費者的爭奪,卻未意識到供應商管理也是降低企業(yè)經(jīng)營成本以增強其市場競爭力的至關重要的環(huán)節(jié),而為了有效地管理供應商就必須對其進行績效評價。顯然,企業(yè)為與供應商實現(xiàn)共贏,就必須和優(yōu)質(zhì)的供應商合作,而績效考評能發(fā)現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)的供應商并找出供應商存在的不足,促使其提高供應水平。所以,企業(yè)在供應商管理過程中,應該重點關注供應商的績效考評這一關鍵環(huán)節(jié),并且企業(yè)管理者需要解決如何構(gòu)建一個客觀、全面的供應商績效考評體系。伴隨著社會各方面信息化程度的深入,管理者需要用信息化的手段來管理企業(yè),提高企業(yè)各個環(huán)節(jié)的反應靈敏度,才能在日新月異的市場環(huán)境中取勝。在本文中,筆者首先闡述了企業(yè)關注供應商績效評價的必要性,進而說明構(gòu)建供應商績效考評體系對Q公司的重要意義;然后分析了目前國內(nèi)外專家學者在這一領域的研究現(xiàn)狀,并列舉了與供應商的績效評價相關的理論;通過調(diào)研Q公司供應商的績效考評現(xiàn)狀,指出其存在的主要問題;在指標體系構(gòu)建原則的指導下,參考已有的研究成果,結(jié)合零售公司的特征和Q公司對其供應商的供應表現(xiàn)提出的要求,確定其供應商績效評價指標,基于層次分析法確定各級指標權重,說明評價指標數(shù)據(jù)的獲取與計算;以所建立的指標體系為前提,設計開發(fā)供應商的績效考評信息系統(tǒng)。本文為Q公司設計了一套符合企業(yè)實際需求的供應商績效考評指標體系,并在此基礎上,利用Power Designer設計物理數(shù)據(jù)模型,基于Power Builder開發(fā)平臺,使用SQLAnywhere數(shù)據(jù)庫,開發(fā)了Q公司供應商績效考評系統(tǒng),更加方便快捷地得出供應商的綜合績效分數(shù)和對應的等級,并從不同方面分析供應商的績效水平。期望本文的研究成果能為Q公司的供應商績效考評提供現(xiàn)實指導意義,也給零售行業(yè)供應商的績效考評一點啟發(fā)!
[Abstract]:With the increasing trend of market competition and product homogeneity retailers in the supply chain terminal can not cope with the ever-changing customer demand on their own in order to be able to win in the fierce market competition. Enterprises need to effectively manage every link of their operations, and many retail companies still focus on the competition for consumers who are in the terminal of circulation. However, it is not aware that supplier management is also a crucial link to reduce the operating costs of enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness, and in order to effectively manage suppliers, it is necessary to evaluate their performance. In order to achieve win-win with suppliers, enterprises must cooperate with high-quality suppliers, and performance evaluation can find high-quality suppliers and find out the shortcomings of suppliers, promote their supply level. In the process of supplier management, enterprises should focus on the key link of supplier performance evaluation, and enterprise managers need to solve how to build an objective. Comprehensive supplier performance evaluation system. With the deepening of information in all aspects of society, managers need to use the means of information to manage enterprises, improve the responsiveness of each link of the enterprise. In this paper, the author first expounds the necessity of enterprises to pay attention to supplier performance evaluation, and then explains the importance of building supplier performance evaluation system to Q company; Then it analyzes the current research situation of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in this field, and enumerates the theories related to supplier performance evaluation. By investigating the status quo of Q company's supplier's performance evaluation, the paper points out the main problems existing in Q company's supplier performance appraisal. Under the guidance of the principle of index system construction, referring to the existing research results, combined with the characteristics of retail companies and Q company to its supplier supply performance requirements, determine its supplier performance evaluation index. Based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of indicators at all levels, to explain the evaluation index data acquisition and calculation; Based on the established index system, a supplier performance evaluation information system is designed and developed. This paper designs a supplier performance evaluation index system for Q Company, which meets the actual needs of the enterprise, and on this basis. Using Power Designer to design physical data model, based on Power Builder development platform, using SQLAnywhere database. Developed Q company supplier performance evaluation system, more convenient and quick to get the supplier's comprehensive performance score and corresponding grades. And from different aspects of supplier performance level. I hope the research results of this paper can provide practical guidance for Q company supplier performance evaluation, but also give retail industry supplier performance evaluation a little inspiration!
