【摘要】:隨著世界能源結(jié)構(gòu)變化和國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的推進,加劇了我國煤炭企業(yè)的殘酷競爭。因此,許多煤炭企業(yè)首先著力提高自身競爭力,特別是從企業(yè)防范風險方面加強軟實力。但是,對于我國煤炭企業(yè)而言,由于長時期自在市場壟斷狀態(tài),在內(nèi)控方面意識比較淡薄、控制手段不夠科學,尤其不能從體制上提高企業(yè)風險防范的能力,不利于其在日益激烈的市場競爭中提升自身競爭力。SM公司是煤炭運輸和銷售為主營業(yè)務的企業(yè),年煤炭銷售規(guī)模6600萬噸,銷售收入170億元人民幣。在這個宏觀背景下,SM公司需進行煤炭銷售管理風險應對,不斷提高風險意識,相應采取應對煤炭市場風險的各項措施,從而提高企業(yè)抗風險能力。本文按照“理論鋪墊--現(xiàn)狀分析--對策建議”的思路進行論述。首先,對風險管理的相關(guān)理論進行了認識和研究。其次,結(jié)合SM銷售公司的實際所面臨的市場競爭、價格波動、銷售管理、調(diào)運管理、財務管理等風險進行了識別和分析,并對公司風險管理存在的問題及成因進行了具體分析,繼而提出了相應的風險管理建議和措施。再次,匯集SM公司煤炭銷售過程管理的情況,對風險管理制度進行了設計,并對風險管理目標、流程、模板和方法進行了具體設計,將風險管理程序嵌入SM公司各項經(jīng)濟活動之中。同時,從風險管理體系、績效考核體系、信息系統(tǒng)、管理文化、內(nèi)部控制的建設方面構(gòu)建了SM公司煤炭銷售風險管理制度的落實方案,為風險管理制度框架的具體實施提供了保障措施。為SM銷售公司的發(fā)展提供理論與實踐的參考,為風險管理向煤炭銷售企業(yè)廣度和深度推進奠定了基礎,從而提升了SM銷售公司管理能力。
[Abstract]:With the change of energy structure in the world and the promotion of domestic economic structure transformation, the fierce competition of coal enterprises in China has been aggravated. Therefore, many coal enterprises first focus on improving their own competitiveness. Especially strengthen the soft power from the aspect of preventing risks. However, for our coal enterprises, because of the long period of free market monopoly, the consciousness of internal control is weak, and the control means are not scientific enough. Especially can not improve the ability of enterprise risk prevention from the system, which is not conducive to enhance its competitiveness in the increasingly fierce market competition. SM company is the main business of coal transportation and sales enterprises. The annual coal sales scale is 66 million tons, and the sales income is 17 billion yuan. Under this macro background, SM Company needs to deal with the risk of coal sales management and continuously improve the risk awareness. Corresponding measures should be taken to deal with the risks in the coal market so as to improve the ability of enterprises to resist risks. This paper discusses the ideas of "theoretical paving-current situation analysis-countermeasures and suggestions". First of all. The related theory of risk management has been recognized and studied. Secondly, combined with the actual market competition, price fluctuation, sales management, transfer management of SM sales company. Financial management and other risks identified and analyzed, and the company risk management problems and causes of specific analysis, and then put forward the corresponding risk management recommendations and measures. Combining SM company coal sales process management situation, the risk management system is designed, and the risk management objectives, processes, templates and methods are specifically designed. Embed the risk management process into the economic activities of SM company. At the same time, from the risk management system, performance appraisal system, information system, management culture. In the construction of internal control, the implementation scheme of risk management system of coal sales in SM company is constructed. It provides the guarantee measures for the implementation of the risk management system framework, provides the theoretical and practical reference for the development of SM sales company, and lays the foundation for the breadth and depth of risk management to the coal sales enterprises. Thus, the management ability of SM sales company is improved.
