【摘要】：本文針對美國頻繁對中國實施反傾銷措施的現(xiàn)象,運用描述統(tǒng)計和比較分析的方法,運用計量經(jīng)濟學工具對1992年到2012年間的貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù)及反傾銷數(shù)據(jù)進行處理研究,并結(jié)合相關反傾銷、貿(mào)易效應的理論研究,深入的探討了美國對中國實施反傾銷過程中對中美貿(mào)易的影響效應,本文主要集中研究了反傾銷的貿(mào)易限制效應和貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)移效應。首先,本文結(jié)合Bown反傾銷數(shù)據(jù)庫、聯(lián)合國國際貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù)庫(UNCOMTRADE)、EPS數(shù)據(jù)庫、國家統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)庫的數(shù)據(jù)整理分析,對美國針對中國進行反傾銷的現(xiàn)狀及特點進行了比較分析,全面的總結(jié)了國外對中國反傾銷及美國對中國反傾銷的的特點。其次,本文根據(jù)貿(mào)易實踐中的影響因素,通過研究分類、剔除等方法得出了在反傾銷過程中對貿(mào)易發(fā)生主要影響的元素,以美國從中國的進口額變化量衡量貿(mào)易限制效應,以美國從中國的進口額占從世界的總進口額的比例衡量貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)移效應,建立回歸模型,分析各自元素在反傾銷的調(diào)查階段、初裁階段、終裁階段分別對貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生的影響效應。本文引入顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)(RCA)作為研究反傾銷對貿(mào)易影響效應的輔助因素,探討了行業(yè)的顯示性比較優(yōu)勢對美國實施反傾銷的決定作用。最后,根據(jù)理論及數(shù)據(jù)的綜合分析,得出美國對中國反傾銷的貿(mào)易效應實證研究結(jié)論,并根據(jù)研究表明的影響因素及影響效應提出中國應對美國反傾銷的政策建議,以完善我國貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)和貿(mào)易環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:According to the United States anti-dumping measures on China phenomenon, using descriptive statistics and comparative analysis methods, using econometric tools to study from 1992 to 2012 between the trade data and anti-dumping data, combined with the related theory of anti-dumping, trade effect, in-depth discussion of the United States on the implementation of anti-dumping China the effect on Sino US trade process, this paper mainly focuses on the anti dumping trade restriction effect and trade diversion effect. Firstly, this paper combines the Bown anti-dumping database, the United Nations international trade database (UNCOMTRADE), EPS database, database of the national statistical data analysis, to the United States for China of the status and characteristics of anti-dumping to conduct a comparative analysis, summarizes the foreign China of anti-dumping and the United States on the characteristics of the Antidumping of China. Secondly, according to the The factors affecting trade practice, through the research on the classification, excluding methods obtained in the anti-dumping on trade mainly affect the process of elements, measure the trade restriction effect from the variation of China imports to the United States, to the United States from Chinese imports accounted for the measure of trade diversion effect from the total export volume in the proportion of the world and the establishment of regression model, analysis of the elements in the anti-dumping investigation stage, the preliminary stage, the effect of the final stage of trade. This paper introduces the revealed comparative advantage index (RCA) as the research on anti-dumping trade effect of auxiliary factors effect, discusses the industry of revealed comparative advantage and implemented role of anti-dumping in the United States. Finally, according to the comprehensive analysis of theory and data, the U.S. research conclusion on the trade effect of empirical Chinese anti-dumping, and according to the influencing factors and effect study shows In order to improve China's trade structure and the trade environment, the effect of China's policy suggestions on anti dumping in the United States is put forward.
