【摘要】：作為中部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)大省,安徽近年來(lái)在承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)發(fā)、開(kāi)放速度顯著加快。伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速增長(zhǎng),吸引FDI數(shù)量也逐年增加。另外,自1990年以來(lái),安徽出口貿(mào)易也取得了驕人的成果,除總出口額不斷擴(kuò)大外,出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)也在不斷優(yōu)化,出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)在2012年達(dá)到了14.64,而1990年僅為1.16。那么安徽省出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化與安徽省FDI利用規(guī)模的不斷增加,這中間是不是存在著一定的關(guān)聯(lián)?FDI對(duì)安徽省出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化是不是具有促進(jìn)作用?資本非同質(zhì)理論認(rèn)為,FDI的技術(shù)含量及使用效率方面要優(yōu)于國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)資本,其較高技術(shù)含量能夠幫助國(guó)內(nèi)出口企業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平,從而增強(qiáng)相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,進(jìn)而增加了東道國(guó)技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的出口,改善了出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)。本文從定性及定量方面詳細(xì)分析了FDI與安徽省出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系。文章首先介紹了安徽省利用FDI與出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀,然后通過(guò)實(shí)證方法分析了FDI與安徽省出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系,結(jié)果證實(shí)FDI確實(shí)促進(jìn)了安徽省出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。從長(zhǎng)期影響來(lái)看,FDI對(duì)于出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的貢獻(xiàn)在于促進(jìn)了工業(yè)制成品出口的增加。從工業(yè)制成品內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)看,也是不斷優(yōu)化的,但仍然尚未改變工業(yè)制成品中以勞動(dòng)密集型的輕紡產(chǎn)品為主的出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)。在此情況下,怎樣通過(guò)引進(jìn)、利用FDI以達(dá)到進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化與升級(jí)對(duì)安徽經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:As a major economic province in the central region, Anhui in recent years, on the basis of undertaking industrial transfer, development, the speed of opening up significantly accelerated. With the rapid economic growth, attracting the number of FDI also increased year by year. Since 1990, Anhui export trade has also achieved remarkable results, in addition to the expansion of total exports, export commodity structure is also constantly optimized. The structural coefficient of export commodities reached 14.64 in 2012, but only 1.16 in 1990. So the optimization of export commodity structure of Anhui Province and the increasing scale of FDI utilization in Anhui Province. Is there a connection between this? Does FDI promote the optimization of Anhui export commodity structure? The theory of capital non-homogeneity holds that FDI is superior to domestic production capital in terms of technology content and utilization efficiency, and its higher technology content can help domestic export enterprises to improve their production technology level. Thus enhancing the international competitiveness of the corresponding products, thereby increasing the export of host country technology products. This paper analyzes the relationship between FDI and the structure of export commodities in Anhui Province from the qualitative and quantitative aspects. Firstly, the paper introduces the current situation of using FDI and the structure of export commodities in Anhui Province. Then through the empirical analysis of the relationship between FDI and the structure of export commodities in Anhui Province, the results show that FDI does promote the optimization of the structure of export commodities in Anhui Province. The contribution of FDI to the structural optimization of export commodities is to promote the increase of the export of manufactured goods, and from the perspective of the internal structure of manufactured goods, it is also continuously optimized. However, it has not yet changed the structure of export commodities, which are mainly labor-intensive light textile products. In this case, how to introduce them? Using FDI to further promote the optimization and upgrading of export commodity structure is of great significance to the sustainable development of Anhui economy.
