【摘要】：秘魯具有豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源,是世界12大礦產(chǎn)國家之一。中國和秘魯從1971年建交以來,在經(jīng)濟(jì)、外交、能源合作等方面都建立了非常好的關(guān)系,目前中國和秘魯已經(jīng)成為全面的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。在1993-2013年間中國與秘魯?shù)倪M(jìn)出口貿(mào)易額增長了75倍。2009年中國與秘魯簽署了自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定,目前中國已經(jīng)成為秘魯最大的貿(mào)易伙伴和出口市場。秘魯與中國的貨物貿(mào)易中,鐵礦石貿(mào)易占有非常重要的地位。2014年中國與秘魯?shù)蔫F礦石貿(mào)易量為104萬噸左右,是中國的第9大鐵礦石進(jìn)口國家,未來中國和秘魯?shù)蔫F礦石貿(mào)易也具有較好的發(fā)展前景。然而秘魯目前在國內(nèi)和國際的運(yùn)輸方面存在一定的問題,制約了中國和秘魯鐵礦石貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。因此,預(yù)測秘魯-中國的鐵礦石貿(mào)易出口量,分析秘魯?shù)街袊蔫F礦石運(yùn)輸市場情況以及運(yùn)輸能力,明確目前秘魯與中國鐵礦石貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸存在的主要問題,提出提升中國-秘魯鐵礦石貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸水平的對策具有重要的意義。本文首先分析秘魯-中國鐵礦石貿(mào)易相關(guān)背景及貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸?shù)难芯楷F(xiàn)狀,本文的主要內(nèi)容以及研究思路。然后分析秘魯鐵礦石的出口狀況以及秘魯與中國鐵礦石貿(mào)易的狀況,在此基礎(chǔ)上本文選擇了趨勢外推模型對未來五年秘魯與中國的鐵礦石貿(mào)易量進(jìn)行了預(yù)測,對比未來中國與秘魯鐵礦石貿(mào)易量的發(fā)展及秘魯國內(nèi)及國際運(yùn)輸?shù)臓顩r,分析了影響秘魯-中國鐵礦石貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸?shù)闹饕蛩匾约斑\(yùn)輸能力,最后,針對兩國的鐵礦石貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸水平的提升提出了具體的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Peru is rich in mineral resources and is one of the 12 largest mineral countries in the world. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1971, China and Peru have established very good relations in the fields of economy, diplomacy, energy cooperation and so on. China and Peru have become a comprehensive strategic partnership. The volume of imports and exports between China and Peru increased 75 times between 1993 and 2013. In 2009, China and Peru signed the Free Trade Association. Yes. At present, China has become Peru's largest trading partner and export market. The iron ore trade is very important. China's iron ore trade with Peru was about 1.04 million tons in 2014, making it China's ninth largest importer of iron ore. The future of iron ore trade between China and Peru also has a good prospect. However, there are some problems in the domestic and international transportation of Peru, which restricts the development of iron ore trade between China and Peru. Forecast the volume of iron ore trade between Peru and China, analyze the iron ore transport market and transportation capacity between Peru and China, and make clear the main problems existing in the trade and transportation between Peru and China. It is of great significance to raise the level of iron ore trade transport between China and Peru. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background of the Peruvian-Chinese iron ore trade and the research status of the trade transport. The main content of this paper and the research ideas. Then the export situation of Peru iron ore and the situation of the iron ore trade between Peru and China are analyzed. On this basis, this paper chooses the trend extrapolation model to predict the volume of iron ore trade between Peru and China in the next five years. By comparing the future development of iron ore trade between China and Peru and the situation of Peru's domestic and international transportation, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the Peruvian and Chinese iron ore trade transport and its transport capacity. In view of the two countries' iron ore trade transport level enhancement proposed the concrete countermeasure proposal.
