【摘要】：每一次的危機(jī)總會(huì)帶來(lái)機(jī)遇,盡管2008年金融危機(jī)仍有陰影,但是在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和通信技術(shù)的推動(dòng)下,以共享經(jīng)濟(jì)為代表的新興商業(yè)模式已然崛起。Airbnb和Uber在最新的一輪的融資中估值分別超過(guò)了200億美金和400億美金,再一次的刷新了創(chuàng)業(yè)公司融資和估值記錄,成為了最有價(jià)值的非上市高科技公司之一。共享經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)在很多方面影響我們的生活,從一定程度上講,未來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)是共享的�；诠蚕斫�(jīng)濟(jì)的巨大的影響和相關(guān)研究的缺乏,本文對(duì)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)從理論和實(shí)踐、整體和局部都進(jìn)行了分析。第一部分,共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論分析。在整體上,從理論的角度分析了共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的起源、構(gòu)成和發(fā)展動(dòng)力。第二部分,共享經(jīng)濟(jì)在現(xiàn)實(shí)中的整體實(shí)踐情況。整體的分析了共享經(jīng)濟(jì)在國(guó)外和中國(guó)的應(yīng)用情況。第三部分,具體的分析了三個(gè)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)案例。分別分析了房、車(chē)和金融領(lǐng)域的三個(gè)典型的共享經(jīng)濟(jì)案例。從案例中理解共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的邏輯和對(duì)我們的生活和整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)帶來(lái)的巨大變革。最后,我們也對(duì)中國(guó)和美國(guó)的共享經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的對(duì)比,并展望了共享經(jīng)濟(jì)在中國(guó)未來(lái)的發(fā)展和影響,并提出了一些建議。
