【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步和科技水平的不斷提高,高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品也在不斷的更新?lián)Q代。尤其是對(duì)于正處于快速成長期的中國,高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的需求越來越大。雖然目前我國在科學(xué)技術(shù)上取得了不錯(cuò)的成績,但是同西方發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,特別是在高端精密儀器設(shè)備方面還相差甚遠(yuǎn)。根據(jù)企事業(yè)單位對(duì)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)的需要,越來越多的客戶采用進(jìn)口儀器設(shè)備。同時(shí)我國也涌現(xiàn)出大量以高端技術(shù)儀器設(shè)備進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)為主的貿(mào)易公司。這些貿(mào)易公司幫助國內(nèi)有需求的企業(yè)或單位從國外采購指定的設(shè)備儀器,并承擔(dān)了儀器設(shè)備從采購到送達(dá)最終用戶之前的多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保證了最終客戶的最大利益。眾所周知一臺(tái)儀器或者一套設(shè)備的采購并不是簡單的工作,特別是對(duì)于跨國家或者跨區(qū)域的進(jìn)口儀器設(shè)備采購。我們知道進(jìn)口檢測儀器設(shè)備是生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)和科研機(jī)構(gòu)在生產(chǎn)和技術(shù)研究中必不可少的測量工具,產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口是否順利,質(zhì)量是否達(dá)標(biāo)直接影響了客戶的利益。文章通過進(jìn)口貿(mào)易商的角度,將貿(mào)易公司進(jìn)口國外檢測儀器設(shè)備流程中,特別是在合同的簽訂履行、安裝驗(yàn)收和售后服務(wù)中遇到的問題進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性的分析總結(jié)。告訴我們進(jìn)口中需要注意的問題,并對(duì)容易產(chǎn)生的問題給出了一些合理化建議和方法。對(duì)進(jìn)口流程中因合同審核不仔細(xì)造成的錯(cuò)誤,要加強(qiáng)合同審核的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)度和認(rèn)真仔細(xì)的工作態(tài)度;對(duì)于進(jìn)口過程中不可控事件,要建立一種合理的預(yù)防和控制機(jī)制盡可能預(yù)防和降低危害,從而更好的保證客戶的利益。當(dāng)然要想更好的滿足客戶的需求最可取的辦法就是不斷提高我國自有產(chǎn)品的科技水平和質(zhì)量水平,最終能夠以國產(chǎn)替代進(jìn)口。這也是最行之有效的辦法。
[Abstract]:With the social progress and the improvement of science and technology, high-tech products are also constantly upgrading. Especially for the fast growing period of Chinese, the demand of high-tech products more and more. Although China in science and technology has achieved good results, but compared with the western developed countries. Especially in the high-end precision instruments and equipment is still far. According to the business unit of product technology, more and more customers using imported equipment. At the same time our country has emerged a large number of high-end technology equipment import and export business trading company. These companies help domestic demand from enterprises or units foreign purchasing specified equipment, and undertake the equipment from procurement to a variety of risks before the end user service, to ensure the best interests of the final customer. Is not a simple task to know a instrument or a set of equipment procurement, especially for imported equipment procurement across the country or across the region. We know that the imported testing equipment measuring tool of production enterprises and scientific research institutions is essential in the production and research of the imported products is smooth, whether the quality standards directly affect the interests of customers. Through import traders perspective, will import foreign trade company testing equipment in the process, especially in the performance of the contract signed, targeted analysis of summing up customer service installation acceptance and service. We need to pay attention to tell imports in the problem, and the problems are easy to produce some reasonable suggestions and methods. In the process of import contract review carefully caused mistakes, to strengthen the contract audit rigorous and earnest Careful work attitude; uncontrollable events for the import process, to establish a reasonable mechanism for the prevention and control of as much as possible to prevent and reduce the harm, so as to better ensure that the interests of customers. Of course, in order to better meet customer demand for the most desirable way is to continuously improve the technical level and quality of high level of our own products finally, can be imported by domestic alternatives. It is also the most effective way.
