【摘要】：改革開放以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟浪潮不斷向前推進,我國的口岸經(jīng)濟也得到良好發(fā)展,不同口岸之間的經(jīng)濟交往愈發(fā)頻繁,推動了我國外向型經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展�？诎蹲鳛橐粐鴮ν饨�(jīng)濟交往的門戶,是外向型經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展的橋梁,能夠有利地推動地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。吉林省琿春市地處中國圖們江下游地區(qū),是中國唯一地處中俄朝三國交界的邊境窗口城市。20世紀90年代后期起,琿春市委、市政府堅持深入開展圖們江地區(qū)國際化這一合作目標,將琿春市的城市發(fā)展功能確定為口岸城市,大力制定并施行開放帶動策略,最終使得口岸的建設方面取得了一定得成就。在口岸城市的優(yōu)勢下,琿春市的經(jīng)濟也得到了快速的發(fā)展。但是琿春市與國內(nèi)其余口岸城市相比,其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展還是處于較低水平,且發(fā)展差距日漸擴大。因此,必須強化琿春市的口岸經(jīng)濟意識,大力推動口岸經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,進而使其成為琿春市經(jīng)濟增長的重要組成部分。本文研究了琿春市口岸經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運用文獻研究的方法,對口岸及口岸經(jīng)濟的概念界定、特征、作用等基礎理論進行了總結(jié)和整理。并根據(jù)相關(guān)文獻對綏芬河口岸、沿海地區(qū)口岸、以及口岸城市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況進行了總結(jié)。在針對琿春市口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況進行研究時,將理論研究和實際數(shù)據(jù)相結(jié)合,從邊境貿(mào)易、跨境旅游、外資引進、出口加工區(qū)與互市貿(mào)易區(qū)四個方面對琿春市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進行了全面的分析研究,并根據(jù)其他口岸城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,分析出了制約琿春市口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的問題和因素,例如,口岸經(jīng)濟受國際環(huán)境變化影響明顯；口岸的利用效率較低；國際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相對滯后；互市貿(mào)易規(guī)模小等。最后結(jié)合實際情況和理論數(shù)據(jù)等,提出了琿春市口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的對策和建議。本文分為六個部分：第一部分是引言,主要介紹選題的背景和研究目的和意義、文獻綜述、研究方法、論文內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)等。第二部分是相關(guān)的概念,主要內(nèi)容是口岸的概念、口岸經(jīng)濟的概念、我國口岸與口岸經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等。第三部分從邊境貿(mào)易、跨境旅游、外資引進、出口加工區(qū)和互市貿(mào)易區(qū)四個方面介紹了琿春市口岸經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四部分為琿春市口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中存在的問題。第五部分是針對琿春市口岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中存在的問題所提出的對策建議。第六部分是結(jié)論部分。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the development of economic tide in our country, the port economy of our country has also been developed well, and the economic exchanges between different ports have become more and more frequent. Port, as the gateway of a country's foreign economic exchanges, is the bridge of the rapid development of export-oriented economy. Hunchun City of Jilin Province, located in the lower reaches of the Tumen River in China, is the only border city in China located at the border between China, Russia and North Korea. Since the late 90s of the 20th century, Hunchun City, Jilin Province, can promote regional economic development advantageously. The Hunchun Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government adhere to the goal of deepening the internationalization of the Tumen River region, determine the city development function of Hunchun as a port city, and vigorously formulate and implement the opening drive strategy. Finally, the port construction has made certain achievements. Under the advantage of port city, Hunchun city's economy has also got rapid development. But Hunchun city is compared with other port cities in China. Its economic development is still in a low level, and the development gap is widening. Therefore, we must strengthen the Hunchun port economic awareness, and vigorously promote the development of port economy. Therefore, it becomes an important part of Hunchun's economic growth. This paper studies the present situation of Hunchun port's economic development, and uses the method of literature research to define the concept and characteristics of port and port economy. According to the relevant literature, Suifenhe port, coastal area port. And the economic development of port cities is summarized. In the study of Hunchun port economic development, the combination of theoretical research and practical data, from border trade, cross-border tourism, foreign capital introduction. Four aspects of export processing zone and mutual trade area have carried on the comprehensive analysis and research to the Hunchun city's economic development, and according to the other port city's economic development related experience. The problems and factors restricting the development of Hunchun port economy are analyzed. For example, the port economy is obviously affected by the changes of international environment. The utilization efficiency of ports is low; The development of international logistics industry lags behind; Finally, combined with the actual situation and theoretical data, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the economic development of Hunchun port. This article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and research purpose and significance of the topic, literature review, research methods, content and structure of the paper. The second part is related concepts, the main content is the concept of port, the concept of port economy. The third part is from the border trade, cross-border tourism, the introduction of foreign capital. This paper introduces the present situation of Hunchun port economy in four aspects: export processing zone and trade zone. Part 4th is the problem of Hunchun port economy development. Part 5th is aimed at Hunchun port economic development. Part 6th is the conclusion.
