【摘要】：隨著服務(wù)貿(mào)易的快速增長,服務(wù)貿(mào)易已經(jīng)成為推動(dòng)一國或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的“引擎”。服務(wù)貿(mào)易的競爭力水平正在逐步成為影響一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)國際競爭力的關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)。上海作為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)最發(fā)達(dá)的城市之一,其服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力水平關(guān)系到我國服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力水平。因此,本文基于此背景研究上海市服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力水平及影響因素。本文采用規(guī)范分析和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,對上海服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力現(xiàn)狀與香港、新加坡進(jìn)行國際比較,找出影響上海服務(wù)貿(mào)易的因素并進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。文章具體思路如下：首先,本文先闡述服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ),主要是傳統(tǒng)的比較優(yōu)勢理論和競爭優(yōu)勢理論的核心思想和主要觀點(diǎn),繼而論證這兩個(gè)理論對服務(wù)貿(mào)易的適用性。其次,利用國際市場占有率、貿(mào)易競爭力指數(shù)、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)、顯示性競爭優(yōu)勢指數(shù)和凈出口顯性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)對比分析上海與香港、新加坡服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力水平；再次,基于改進(jìn)后的以科技創(chuàng)新為核心的“鉆石模型”,理論上分析了影響上海市服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的因素,再應(yīng)用協(xié)整E-G法進(jìn)行逐步回歸分析找出影響上海市服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的因素。在定性和定量研究相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,本文得出如下結(jié)論：(1)通過對上海服務(wù)貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀的研究及利用國際競爭力的評價(jià)指標(biāo)對比分析香港、新加坡服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力發(fā)現(xiàn),近幾年上海服務(wù)貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷壯大,但其服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力水平與國際上其他大城市相比仍存在一定的差距。上海急需加快傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)型,發(fā)展新興服務(wù)貿(mào)易。(2)根據(jù)改進(jìn)后的“鉆石模型”,選取了6個(gè)影響上海服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的因素。應(yīng)用協(xié)整分析、格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)和誤差修正模型分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物貿(mào)易出口額、服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平、人力資本和服務(wù)業(yè)科技投入對服務(wù)貿(mào)易出口額存在顯著的正向影響,它們之間存在著一個(gè)長期穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系。由此,本文最后提出提升上海服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of service trade, service trade has become the economic growth of a country or a region "engine". The level of competitiveness of service trade is gradually becoming the key indicators affecting the international competitiveness of a country or region. Shanghai is one of the most developed economy of our country city, related to the competitiveness of China's service trade the service trade competitiveness. Therefore, this paper studies the background factors of Shanghai city based on the level of service trade competitiveness and influence. This paper adopts a method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis, the Shanghai service trade competitiveness of Hongkong and Singapore, international comparison, find out the influencing factors of the service trade in Shanghai and an empirical study of the article. Ideas: first, this article first elaborates the related concept of service trade competitiveness and theoretical basis, mainly the traditional comparative advantages The core idea and the main points of the theory and the theory of competitive advantage, then the applicability of these two theories on service trade. Secondly, the international market share, trade competitiveness index, revealed comparative advantage index, revealed competitive advantage index and net export revealed comparative advantage index comparative analysis of Shanghai and Hongkong, Singapore service trade the level of competitiveness; thirdly, based on the improved technology and innovation as the core of the "Diamond Model", the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the competitiveness of trade in services in Shanghai City, using cointegration method E-G stepwise regression analysis was performed to identify factors affecting the competitiveness of trade in services in Shanghai City. Based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. This paper draws the following conclusions: (1) through the research and utilization of the status quo of Shanghai service trade comparative evaluation index of the international competitiveness analysis of Hongkong, Singapore. The service trade competitiveness, Shanghai in recent years, the scale of trade in services is constantly growing, but its service trade competitiveness and other international big city in Shanghai. There is still a gap between the urgent need to accelerate the transformation of traditional service trade, the development of emerging service trade. (2) according to the improved "Diamond Model", selected 6 Effects Shanghai services trade competitiveness factors. Using co integration analysis, analysis of the Grainger causality test and error correction model, found that the export of goods, the development level of service industry, service industry and human capital investment in science and technology exports to service trade has a significant positive impact, a long-term stable relationship exists between them. Thus, this paper finally, to enhance the competitiveness of Shanghai service trade policy recommendations.
