【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造原有的產(chǎn)業(yè)格局正在逐步加快加深。企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更多的體現(xiàn)在所依附的生態(tài)圈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)?缃,融合,顛覆,每天都發(fā)生在我們身邊。平臺(tái)化商業(yè)模式,打破了傳統(tǒng)直線型產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈鏈,建立了多種關(guān)系并存、多方共贏的商業(yè)模式。本文通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和國(guó)際貿(mào)易行業(yè)的分析,梳理出了國(guó)際貿(mào)易行業(yè)的電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展方向,即社區(qū)化國(guó)際貿(mào)易電商平臺(tái)。派道公司利用自身在國(guó)際貿(mào)易方面的核心能力,結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的方向,建立了國(guó)際貿(mào)易生態(tài)圈商業(yè)模式,開(kāi)發(fā)出了產(chǎn)品套利,渠道協(xié)同等多種盈利模型,同時(shí),本文系統(tǒng)的闡述了平臺(tái)的用戶體系,平臺(tái)架構(gòu),以及平臺(tái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。派道公司作為一家傳統(tǒng)的外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口企業(yè),把握住電子商務(wù)的時(shí)代機(jī)遇,積極探索國(guó)際貿(mào)易與電子商務(wù)的融合模式;陂L(zhǎng)期的國(guó)際貿(mào)易從業(yè)經(jīng)歷,以及電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展方向,確定了電子商務(wù)與國(guó)際貿(mào)易社區(qū)的融合,建立了平臺(tái)化國(guó)際貿(mào)易社區(qū)生態(tài)圈。通過(guò)研究,論文得出如下結(jié)論:國(guó)際貿(mào)易平臺(tái)化生態(tài)圈商業(yè)模式,將是未來(lái)企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心戰(zhàn)略,通過(guò)整合式營(yíng)銷,逐步完善平臺(tái)生態(tài)圈,從而使企業(yè)走上可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基業(yè)長(zhǎng)青之路。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, traditional enterprises using the Internet technology to transform the original industrial pattern are gradually accelerating and deepening. The competition among enterprises is more reflected in the competition between the attached ecological circles. Transboundary, fusion, subversion, every day in our side. The platform business model has broken the traditional linear chain of industrial value chain, and established a variety of business models with coexistence of relations and multi win. Based on the analysis of the existing Internet and international trade industry, this paper combs the development direction of e-commerce in the international trade industry, namely the community-based international trade e-commerce platform. The core competence of school road companies use their own in the international trade, combined with the Internet e-commerce development direction, the establishment of the international trade ecosystem business model, developed products arbitrage, channel cooperation profit model, many at the same time, this paper describes the system platform user system, platform architecture, and the platform competition strategy. As a traditional foreign trade import and export enterprise, ppco holds the opportunity of e-business, and actively explores the integration mode of international trade and e-commerce. Based on the long-term experience of international trade and the development direction of e-commerce, the integration of e-commerce and international trade community is established, and the platform of international trade community ecosystem is established. Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusion: the international trade platform ecosystem business model, will be the core strategy for the future development of enterprises, through integrated marketing, and gradually improve the platform ecosystem, in order to make the enterprise sustainable development of everlasting road.
