【摘要】：正一、外貿(mào)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的主要問題(一)從供應(yīng)短缺到供給充裕,外貿(mào)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的矛盾一直伴隨著人類社會發(fā)展的歷史軌跡。新中國成立以來,我國社會的主要矛盾是落后的社會生產(chǎn)力與人民日益增長的物質(zhì)文化需要之間的矛盾。供給短缺一度成為經(jīng)濟生活的常態(tài),遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足人民生活需求。20世紀(jì)80年代初期,我國實施改革開放政策,設(shè)立經(jīng)濟特區(qū),
[Abstract]:There are major problems in the supply side structure of foreign trade. (1) from the supply shortage to the abundant supply, foreign trade has made an important contribution. The contradiction between productive forces and production relations has been accompanied by the historical trajectory of human social development. Since the founding of new China, the main contradiction of our society is the contradiction between the backward social productive forces and the growing material and cultural needs of the people. The shortage of supply has once become the normal state of economic life, far from meeting the needs of the people's life. In the early 1980s, China implemented the policy of reform and opening up and set up special economic zones.
