【摘要】
加入WTO后 ,我國金融業(yè)為順應(yīng)國際金融業(yè)發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì) ,必須立足我國國情 ,謹(jǐn)慎地選擇金融監(jiān)管模式。在立法上應(yīng)堅(jiān)持協(xié)調(diào)性原則、適度監(jiān)管原則和效率原則 ,并在尊重我國現(xiàn)有監(jiān)管模式的前提下 ,逐漸選擇向單一監(jiān)管 (混業(yè)監(jiān)管 )模式轉(zhuǎn)變 ,同時(shí)要考慮適當(dāng)?shù)倪^渡模式。

After China's accession to the WTO, the financial sector in China will be faced with serious challenges. In order to adapt to the new trend of development in international finance, it must cautiously select its mode of financial supervision on the basis of the national conditions in China. In legislation, the principles of coordination, moderate supervision and efficiency must be adhered to.
