本文的目的在于通過數(shù)據(jù)分析,對作為國世界儲備貨幣的人民幣的促進(jìn)情況進(jìn)行了解,從而進(jìn)一步把握作為世界主要貨幣的人民幣會給國際社會造成什么樣的影響。2008年的金融危機(jī)之后,為了使人民幣得到全世界的認(rèn)證,中國實施了積極的人民幣調(diào)整政策。為了促進(jìn)人民幣成為世界主要貨幣之一,目前,中國政府正在對外匯及匯率作出相應(yīng)調(diào)整,并簽署了人民幣貿(mào)易支付協(xié)議以及中韓貨幣互換協(xié)議。此外,中國通過逐步擴(kuò)大人民幣債券的發(fā)行,正在為人民幣創(chuàng)造一個成為國際主要貨幣的國際環(huán)境。與正在促進(jìn)日元與歐元成為國際貨幣的日本、歐洲相比,中國的人民幣具有很大的優(yōu)勢。例如,可以獲得更好的國際地位以及對世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)言權(quán)。相反,它還存在著一定的否定性影響,如弱化中國金融市場統(tǒng)治力、為強(qiáng)化其國際社會義務(wù)而被迫提高匯率等等。另一方面,通過增加出口獲得利潤,對美元的依賴性降低,這是給韓國帶來肯定性的影響。對韓國造成的否定性影響則是對中國出口依賴性增加,還會造成對中國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)依賴性的增加。
