【摘要】：與之前比較,2010年以來此輪通脹成本沖擊型特征十分明顯(主要表現(xiàn)為國際大宗商品價格高企和國內(nèi)勞動力成本上升)。在此背景下,是否應(yīng)提高對通脹的容忍度以及宏觀政策如何有所作為已成為熱門話題。目前國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)有一些對通脹容忍度的探討,但規(guī)范性的研究論文并不多見。本文在多恩布什-費(fèi)雪(Dornbusch-Fischer)框架基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國實(shí)際,創(chuàng)新性地區(qū)分大宗商品價格和勞動力成本沖擊(尤其是B-S效應(yīng))對總供給以及宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的不同影響機(jī)制,探討有關(guān)通脹容忍度以及宏觀政策應(yīng)對問題。
[Abstract]:Compared with previous years, this round of inflationary cost shocks have been characterized by high international commodity prices and rising domestic labor costs since 2010. In this context, whether to increase tolerance for inflation and how macro policies can make a difference has become a hot topic. At present, there have been some discussions on inflation tolerance at home and abroad, but there are few normative research papers. On the basis of DornBush Fischer (Dornbusch-Fischer) framework, combined with the reality of China, this paper discusses the different impact mechanisms of commodity prices and labor cost shocks (especially the B / S effect) on total supply and macro economy, and discusses the problems related to inflation tolerance and macro policy response.
