【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)金融是在金融一體化的過程中出現(xiàn)地依托并能夠有效促進(jìn)特定產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的金融活動(dòng)總稱，是促進(jìn)金融發(fā)展和金融自由化的重要途徑。二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái)，中國(guó)開始大規(guī)模地參與產(chǎn)業(yè)金融領(lǐng)域，不僅有效地提高了我國(guó)的金融深化程度，還加快了中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。但是，，發(fā)展地同時(shí)也暴露出一系列缺點(diǎn)和不足，目前中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)金融發(fā)展存在困境，大型企業(yè)資本富余，中小企業(yè)融資困難，在具體操作中存在很多問題，這些都大大壓縮了我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的成長(zhǎng)空間，我國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)金融發(fā)展之路依然有很長(zhǎng)的距離要走。本文通過分析我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)金融發(fā)展中存在的問題，總結(jié)國(guó)外產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合中國(guó)當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，探討適合我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的發(fā)展思路。 本文由五部分構(gòu)成，第一部分為緒論，簡(jiǎn)述了本篇論文的研究背景與意義，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)作出綜述，指出研究的創(chuàng)新和不足之處；第二部分介紹產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的定義、分類，產(chǎn)業(yè)金融與傳統(tǒng)金融、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的關(guān)系，論述其存在的必要性及發(fā)展的條件；第三部分論述中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的發(fā)展過程、現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題；第四部分介紹國(guó)外產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)；第五部分論述中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的發(fā)展思路及對(duì)加快中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)金融的發(fā)展提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial finance is a general name for financial activities that rely on and can effectively promote the development of specific industries in the process of financial integration. It is an important way to promote financial development and financial liberalization. Since the 21 century, China has begun to participate in the field of industrial finance on a large scale, which has not only effectively improved the degree of financial deepening in China, but also accelerated the adjustment of China's industrial structure. However, at the same time, a series of shortcomings and shortcomings have been exposed. At present, there are difficulties in the development of industrial finance in China, the capital surplus of large enterprises, the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and there are many problems in the concrete operation, which greatly reduce the growth space of industrial finance in our country, and the road of industrial finance development in our country still has a long distance to go. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the development of industrial finance in China, this paper summarizes the development experience of industrial finance in foreign countries, and probes into the development ideas suitable for the development of industrial finance in China in the light of the current development situation of industrial finance in China. This paper consists of five parts, the first part is the introduction, which briefly describes the research background and significance of this paper, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, pointing out the innovation and shortcomings of the research. The second part introduces the definition and classification of industrial finance, the relationship between industrial finance and traditional finance, industrial policy, discusses the necessity of its existence and the conditions of development. The third part discusses the development process, present situation and existing problems of China's industrial finance; the fourth part introduces the development experience of foreign industrial finance; the fifth part discusses the development ideas of China's industrial finance and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the development of China's industrial finance.
