【摘要】：中國股市的泡沫是否特別嚴(yán)重,需要通過合理的定量方法對股市泡沫大小進(jìn)行度量才能得出結(jié)論�？紤]到中國上市公司股本結(jié)構(gòu)比較特殊,公司價(jià)值不能直接用以衡量股市泡沫,先運(yùn)用剩余收益模型評估上市公司內(nèi)在價(jià)值,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上分離出流通股內(nèi)在價(jià)值,以度量歷年中國股市泡沫大小。研究結(jié)果表明,中國股市的泡沫并不是特別嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Whether the bubble of Chinese stock market is particularly serious or not requires a reasonable quantitative method to measure the size of the bubble in order to draw a conclusion. Considering that the equity structure of listed companies in China is relatively special, the value of companies can not be directly used to measure the stock market bubble. First, the residual income model is used to evaluate the intrinsic value of listed companies, and then the intrinsic value of tradable shares is separated. To measure the size of the bubble in China's stock market over the years. The results show that the bubble in the Chinese stock market is not particularly serious.
