【摘要】：近年來,中國的非正規(guī)金融出現(xiàn)非理性繁榮,這種非理性的發(fā)展具有潛在的誘發(fā)因素:中小企業(yè)強(qiáng)烈的增長沖動(dòng)和正規(guī)金融缺失為非正規(guī)金融的繁榮提供了龐大的需求群體,而居民和企業(yè)財(cái)富的增長則提供了資金來源,企業(yè)、個(gè)人、商業(yè)銀行形成的利益鏈條則放大了非正規(guī)金融的規(guī)模。對(duì)此,應(yīng)盡早建立非正規(guī)金融監(jiān)督機(jī)制和完善中小企業(yè)的征信系統(tǒng),避免非理性繁榮對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been an irrational prosperity in informal finance in China. This irrational development has potential inducing factors: the strong impulse for growth of small and medium-sized enterprises and the lack of formal finance provide a large demand group for the prosperity of informal finance. The growth of the wealth of residents and enterprises provides the source of funds, and the chain of interests formed by enterprises, individuals and commercial banks magnifies the scale of informal finance. In order to avoid the impact of irrational prosperity on macro-economy, we should set up informal financial supervision mechanism as soon as possible and perfect the credit system of small and medium-sized enterprises.
