【摘要】：漢代的鑄錢遺址中出土了大量鑄造鑄錢金屬范的陽文陶范,陽文陶范既反映出了鑄造金屬范時的鑄型,又可看出所鑄造的鑄錢金屬范的鑄型。為揭示鑄錢金屬范的鑄造工藝及變遷,本工作從鑄造工藝角度對陽文陶范進行分析,通過對漢代陽文陶范出土概況的統(tǒng)計,了解了陽文陶范鑄型的變遷。以西安相家巷和窩頭寨鑄錢遺址采集的陽文陶范為基礎(chǔ),對陶范的面層與背層進行了X射線熒光成分分析,在電子探針下對型腔面進行了形貌和成分分析。分析結(jié)果表明,陽文陶范分層制作的原因是為了將模上的錢幣銘文和形狀清晰地復(fù)印到陶范上,型腔面的檢測不能表明是否使用了表面涂料。
[Abstract]:A large number of Yangwen pottery models of casting money metal were unearthed in the ruins of casting money in Han Dynasty, which not only reflected the casting mould when casting metal norm, but also showed the cast mould of cast money metal norm. In order to reveal the casting technology and changes of the cast metal fan, this work analyzes the Yangwen pottery fan from the angle of casting technology, and through the statistics of the general situation of unearthed Yangwen pottery in the Han Dynasty, understands the change of the cast mold of the Yangwen pottery fan. Based on the Yangwen Tao Fan collected from Xianxiangjiaxiang and Wotouzhai cast-Qian ruins, the surface and back layers of the pottery were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence, and the morphology and composition of the cavity surface were analyzed under electron microprobe (EPMA). The analysis results show that the reason for the stratification of Yangwen Tao Fan is that the inscription and shape of the coin on the mold are copied clearly to the pottery fan, and the inspection of the cavity surface can not indicate whether the surface coating has been used or not.
