我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在網(wǎng)上支付市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略研究

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,用戶對(duì)網(wǎng)上支付的需求驟增,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)不僅給商務(wù)活動(dòng)的商流、信息流帶來(lái)革新,也為商務(wù)活動(dòng)的資金流注入新的活力。網(wǎng)上支付隨著電子商務(wù)的擴(kuò)張,獲得了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,其重要性不言而喻。我國(guó)網(wǎng)上支付的方式主要有兩種,一種是第三方支付,另一種即商業(yè)銀行的網(wǎng)上銀行。以支付寶為首的第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu),在網(wǎng)上支付的市場(chǎng)中占據(jù)份額巨大,商業(yè)銀行要想獲取更多市場(chǎng)份額,就該采取合理策略,提升其網(wǎng)上銀行服務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文從商業(yè)銀行的視角入手,介紹了我國(guó)網(wǎng)上支付市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,主要從兩大參與方第三方支付、網(wǎng)上銀行的角度展開(kāi),,分別介紹了兩者參與網(wǎng)上支付的模式和現(xiàn)有市場(chǎng)規(guī)模;并通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證了商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上支付市場(chǎng)額同用戶規(guī)模的正向相關(guān)關(guān)系;以演化博弈理論為基礎(chǔ),建立了第三方支付同網(wǎng)上銀行在網(wǎng)上支付的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型,得出商業(yè)銀行在網(wǎng)上支付市場(chǎng)中將長(zhǎng)期同第三方支付處于競(jìng)合狀態(tài),對(duì)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)合作策略給出建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce, users' demand for online payment has increased sharply. Internet technology not only brings innovation to business activities and information flow, but also injects new vitality into business capital flow. With the expansion of e-commerce, online payment has gained more and more attention, and its importance is self-evident. There are two ways of online payment in our country, one is third party payment, the other is commercial bank online bank. The third-party payment institutions headed by Alipay have a huge share in the online payment market. If commercial banks want to gain more market share, they should adopt reasonable strategies to enhance the competitiveness of their online banking services. From the perspective of commercial banks, this paper introduces the current situation of China's online payment market, mainly from the perspective of two major parties, third party payment, and online banking. The paper introduces the mode of both participating in online payment and the current market scale. The positive correlation between the market amount of online payment and the scale of users is verified by empirical analysis. On the basis of evolutionary game theory, this paper establishes a competitive model between third-party payment and online payment, and draws a conclusion that commercial banks will compete with third-party payment for a long time in the online payment market. Some suggestions are given to its competitive cooperation strategy.
