【摘要】：快速和高度的人口老齡化給我國(guó)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老帶來(lái)沉重的壓力。以房養(yǎng)老是一種很好補(bǔ)充手段,但相關(guān)工作多年沒(méi)有實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展。開(kāi)發(fā)切合實(shí)際的金融產(chǎn)品品種,增強(qiáng)可操作性,才能突破尷尬局面。在充分權(quán)衡各方利益、考慮各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種新的以房養(yǎng)老金融產(chǎn)品——決算式住房反抵押貸款,并對(duì)其年金計(jì)算、決算與結(jié)算等具體操作和運(yùn)行進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和探討。
[Abstract]:The rapid and high aging of the population brings heavy pressure to our society. Housing pension is a good supplementary means, but the relevant work has not made substantial progress for many years. Develop realistic financial product variety, enhance maneuverability, can break through awkward situation. On the basis of fully weighing the interests of all parties and considering all kinds of risks, a new financial product of housing old-age pension, the final mortgage of housing, is put forward, and its annuity is calculated. The operation and operation of final accounts and settlement are designed and discussed.
