【摘要】：本文研究了國際收支從10%盈余到基本平衡的過程中,經(jīng)濟(jì)中的產(chǎn)出、投資、消費(fèi)、就業(yè)會(huì)出現(xiàn)何種變化。本文發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)常賬戶的盈余會(huì)造成投資水平的下降,進(jìn)而會(huì)影響到真實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。如果我國能把國際儲(chǔ)備轉(zhuǎn)換成真實(shí)對(duì)外購買,則消費(fèi)率和真實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率都會(huì)得到提高。另外,人民幣真實(shí)匯率年調(diào)整7%-10%對(duì)就業(yè)的影響是有限的。
[Abstract]:This paper studies how output, investment, consumption and employment will change in the process of balance of payments from 10% surplus to basic equilibrium. This paper finds that the current account surplus will lead to a decline in investment levels, which in turn will affect real economic growth. If China can convert international reserves into real foreign purchases, the consumption rate and real economic growth rate will increase. In addition, the real RMB exchange rate adjustment of 7-10% of the impact on employment is limited.
