【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展、居民私人財富日益積累，不斷壯大的高端客戶群體迫切需要專業(yè)的金融機構(gòu)為其提供有針對性的差異化財富管理綜合服務(wù)，財富管理業(yè)務(wù)也就成為各大金融機構(gòu)爭相搶占的一片藍海。信托制度由于具有權(quán)益重構(gòu)、風(fēng)險隔離、靈活多變等優(yōu)勢，在實現(xiàn)財產(chǎn)保護、積累、傳承等目標(biāo)過程中發(fā)揮了重要作用，因而成為國內(nèi)外重要的財富管理工具之一。 本文分為六個章節(jié)，各章內(nèi)容如下：第一章，闡述了本文的研究背景及意義，并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進行總結(jié)；第二章，指出當(dāng)前我國私人財富市場潛力巨大，發(fā)展財富管理業(yè)務(wù)前景廣闊、意義突出；第三章，從財富管理在國外的發(fā)展歷程入手，總結(jié)了瑞銀集團和花旗集團的財富管理模式，同時，對近年來我國興起的私人銀行、證券公司、基金管理公司、第三方理財機構(gòu)、信托公司等機構(gòu)在開展財富管理業(yè)務(wù)方面進行比較研究；第四章，基于信托的基本概念，揭示其制度優(yōu)越性，闡釋信托在財富管理領(lǐng)域里的應(yīng)用體現(xiàn)；第五章，使用SWOT模型對信托公司從事財富管理業(yè)務(wù)進行綜合分析，詳細(xì)歸納信托公司具有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢及其所面臨的機遇和威脅，，然后又以外貿(mào)信托從產(chǎn)品銷售向財富管理轉(zhuǎn)型為案例展開實例探討；第六章，在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)之上，從外部環(huán)境和自身完善兩大層面，提出了促進信托公司發(fā)展財富管理業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the accumulation of private wealth, the growing group of high-end clients urgently need professional financial institutions to provide them with targeted differentiated wealth management integrated services. Wealth management business has become a major financial institutions scramble to seize a blue sea. Because of the advantages of equity reconstruction, risk isolation, flexibility and variability, trust system plays an important role in the process of property protection, accumulation, inheritance and so on, so it has become one of the important tools of wealth management at home and abroad. This paper is divided into six chapters, each chapter is as follows: the first chapter, elaborated the research background and the significance of this article, and carried on the summary to the domestic and foreign correlation research present situation, the second chapter, pointed out our country private wealth market potential to be enormous, The development of wealth management business has broad prospects and prominent significance. Chapter three, from the development of wealth management in foreign countries, sums up the wealth management models of UBS and Citigroup, at the same time, the rise of private banks in China in recent years, Securities companies, fund management companies, third-party financial institutions, trust companies and other institutions in the development of wealth management business comparative study. Chapter four, based on the basic concept of trust, reveals its institutional advantages, In chapter 5, we use the SWOT model to analyze the trust company's wealth management business, and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of trust company and the opportunities and threats faced by trust company in detail, and explain the application of trust in the field of wealth management, chapter five, the use of SWOT model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the trust company engaged in wealth management business. Then taking the transition of foreign trade trust from product sales to wealth management as a case study, the sixth chapter, on the basis of the previous research, from the external environment and its own improvement two levels, Some suggestions are put forward to promote the trust company to develop wealth management business.
