【摘要】：新型農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)在解決農(nóng)民和農(nóng)村中小企業(yè)貸款難、發(fā)揮金融支農(nóng)服務(wù)方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,然而,新型農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展也面臨著巨大的金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。隨著新型農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)試點(diǎn)的成功,其將迎來(lái)"規(guī)模化、批量化"的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),這對(duì)新型農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。因此,研究新型農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)生成機(jī)理,探析農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模式及存在的問(wèn)題,從而進(jìn)一步提出在新形勢(shì)下新型農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的政策建議,具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The new rural financial institutions have played an important role in solving the difficulties of lending to farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas and playing an important role in providing financial support to agriculture. However, the development of new rural financial institutions is also facing enormous financial risks. With the success of the pilot project of the new rural financial institutions, it will usher in the development trend of "scale and batch", which brings challenges to the risk management of the new rural financial institutions. Therefore, this paper studies the risk generation mechanism of the new rural financial institutions, probes into the risk management mode and the existing problems of the rural financial institutions, and further puts forward the policy recommendations for the risk management of the new rural financial institutions under the new situation. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
