【摘要】：對(duì)物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的違約風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控是物流金融健康發(fā)展的核心問(wèn)題,而有效地分析與規(guī)避違約風(fēng)險(xiǎn)則是物流金融能否成功的關(guān)鍵。要防范和控制物流金融的違約風(fēng)險(xiǎn),必須從物流金融的合作方式、利益分配、懲罰激勵(lì)、治理機(jī)制等方面入手,建立事前控制、事中控制和事后控制的防控體系,最大限度地降低物流金融違約風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高物流金融的收益。建立契約式戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟;建立完善的利益分配機(jī)制;建立違約懲罰機(jī)制;建立聲譽(yù)激勵(lì)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The prevention and control of default risk of logistics financial business is the core problem of the healthy development of logistics finance, and effective analysis and avoidance of default risk is the key to the success of logistics finance. In order to prevent and control the risk of breach of contract in logistics finance, we must start with the cooperation mode of logistics finance, the distribution of benefits, the punishment and incentive, the mechanism of governance, and so on, and establish a system of prevention and control in advance, in matters and after control. Reduce the default risk of logistics finance to the maximum extent and improve the profit of logistics finance. To establish a contractual strategic alliance; to establish a sound benefit distribution mechanism; to establish a penalty mechanism for breach of contract; to establish a reputation incentive mechanism.
