【摘要】：引入和利用外商直接投資，是許多國家和地區(qū)迎合經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢，加速經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要舉措。在利用外商直接投資時(shí)，如何保持外商直接投資資的增長勢頭，發(fā)揮外商直接投資的綜合效益，已成為一個(gè)不容忽視的重要課題。 江蘇作為經(jīng)濟(jì)大省，積極實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)國際化戰(zhàn)略，大力發(fā)展外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)，積極引進(jìn)、利用外商直接投資�；诮K省在全國經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位，以及在利用外商直接投資中的代表性，本文將以江蘇為例，分析評估利用外商直接投資的綜合效益，對江蘇省利用外商直接投資的優(yōu)勢與經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 本文在對江蘇省直接投資的基本狀況分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對江蘇省外商直接投資不同層面的效益進(jìn)行分析。首先分析江蘇省外商直接投資的經(jīng)濟(jì)層面效益，分別基于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、出口、就業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等四個(gè)方面評價(jià)江蘇省外商直接投資的作用。通過實(shí)證分析得出江蘇省外商直接投資對江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和就業(yè)有正向的拉動(dòng)作用，同時(shí)外商直接投資也促進(jìn)了江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)；其次從技術(shù)進(jìn)步和人力資源開發(fā)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析了江蘇省外商直接投資的管理技術(shù)層面的效益，結(jié)果表明江蘇省外商直接投資的增加并未提高全要素生產(chǎn)率，起不到促進(jìn)促進(jìn)科技進(jìn)步的作用，但江蘇省外商直接投資對人力資源開發(fā)的作用越來越明顯；最后重點(diǎn)分析了外商直接投資對環(huán)境的影響，實(shí)證結(jié)果表明江蘇省外商直接投資帶來的是負(fù)的環(huán)境效益。 第四章通過構(gòu)建外商直接投資綜合效益評價(jià)體系，運(yùn)用因子分析法對江蘇省外商直接投資的綜合效益及其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明江蘇省外商直接投資綜合效益是波動(dòng)式增長的，，隨著時(shí)間推移，江蘇省外商直接投資綜合效益越來越明顯；通過對江蘇省外商直接投資綜合效益結(jié)構(gòu)的分析得出經(jīng)濟(jì)因子在外商直接投資綜合效益中起決定作用，投資因子在外商直接投資綜合效益中起重要作用，技術(shù)因子的作用較低，不能忽視環(huán)境因子在外商直接投資綜合效益中作用的結(jié)論。 針對實(shí)證分析，提出江蘇省應(yīng)改善外商直接投資市場環(huán)境、豐富外商直接投資的來源、加強(qiáng)對外商直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)投向引導(dǎo)、提高外商直接投資質(zhì)量以提高外商直接投資綜合效益。
[Abstract]:The introduction and utilization of foreign direct investment (FDI) is an important measure for many countries and regions to cater to the trend of economic globalization and accelerate economic and social development. When using foreign direct investment, how to maintain the growth momentum of foreign direct investment and bring into play the comprehensive benefits of foreign direct investment has become an important issue that can not be ignored. As a big economic province, Jiangsu actively implements the strategy of economic internationalization, vigorously develops the export-oriented economy, actively introduces and makes use of foreign direct investment. Based on the important position of Jiangsu Province in the national economy and its representation in the utilization of foreign direct investment, this paper will take Jiangsu Province as an example to analyze and evaluate the comprehensive benefits of utilizing foreign direct investment. This paper summarizes the advantages and experiences of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of Jiangsu's direct investment, this paper analyzes the benefits of Jiangsu's foreign direct investment in different levels. This paper first analyzes the economic benefits of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province, and evaluates the role of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province based on four aspects: economic growth, export, employment and industrial structure. Through empirical analysis, it is concluded that foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a positive role in promoting economic growth and employment in Jiangsu Province, while FDI also promotes the optimization and upgrading of Jiangsu's industrial structure. Secondly, it analyzes the benefit of the management technology of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province from the two aspects of technological progress and human resource development. The results show that the increase of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province has not improved the total factor productivity. The role of foreign direct investment in human resources development in Jiangsu Province is becoming more and more obvious. Finally, the impact of foreign direct investment on the environment is analyzed. The empirical results show that FDI in Jiangsu Province brings negative environmental benefits. The fourth chapter analyzes the comprehensive benefit and structure of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu province by constructing the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of foreign direct investment. The empirical results show that the comprehensive benefits of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province are increasing in a fluctuating manner, and with the passage of time, the comprehensive benefits of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province become more and more obvious. Through the analysis of the structure of comprehensive benefit of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province, it is concluded that economic factors play a decisive role in the comprehensive benefits of foreign direct investment, investment factors play an important role in the comprehensive benefits of foreign direct investment, and the role of technical factors is relatively low. We should not ignore the conclusion that environmental factors play an important role in the comprehensive benefit of foreign direct investment. Based on the empirical analysis, it is suggested that Jiangsu Province should improve the market environment of foreign direct investment, enrich the sources of foreign direct investment, and strengthen the direction of foreign direct investment industry. Improve the quality of foreign direct investment to improve the overall benefits of foreign direct investment.
