【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展和多層次資本市場的逐步建立，作為我國資本市場主體的證券行業(yè)正面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。歷經(jīng)二十多年的發(fā)展，我國證券公司的數(shù)量和規(guī)模都取得了顯著增長，但證券公司自身業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展卻極端不平衡。到目前為止，我國大部分證券公司的盈利模式仍然以為客戶提供傳統(tǒng)通道業(yè)務(wù)收取傭金為主，盈利手段單一，創(chuàng)新能力不足。由于我國證券公司間盈利模式趨同、數(shù)量增長快，客戶的議價能力逐漸增強(qiáng)，致使證券公司內(nèi)部“傭金戰(zhàn)”愈演愈烈，嚴(yán)重影響了證券公司健康有序的發(fā)展。 2012年5月，證監(jiān)會主席郭樹清在證券公司創(chuàng)新大會上，明確提出了證券公司業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新改革的方向，鼓勵證券公司發(fā)展多元化的盈利模式。在此背景下，，本文通過分析SYWG證券公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)出該證券公司在業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題。在經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)方面、資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)方面、投行業(yè)務(wù)方面，提出了具體的創(chuàng)新措施。本文結(jié)合公司實際，在公司治理方面為業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新提供了基本保障，其中包括以上市為重點增強(qiáng)資本保障；建立事業(yè)部制管理模式；改革績效考核機(jī)制；加強(qiáng)各級班子建設(shè)和干部管理。在當(dāng)前金融行業(yè)混業(yè)化、多元化的發(fā)展趨勢下，本文為證券公司如何通過業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式，以提升市場核心競爭力提供了具體路徑。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of China's economy and the gradual establishment of multi-level capital market, the securities industry, as the main body of China's capital market, is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Up to now, most of the profit models of securities companies in our country still think that the traditional channel business is mainly provided by customers to collect commissions, the means of profit is single, and the innovation ability is insufficient. "Intensified" has seriously affected the healthy and orderly development of securities companies.
In May 2012, Guo Shuqing, chairman of the SYWG Securities Regulatory Commission, put forward the direction of business innovation reform and encouraged securities companies to develop diversified profit models. In this context, this paper analyzes the current situation of SYWG Securities Company's business development, and summarizes the main problems of SYWG Securities Company's business development. In the brokerage business, asset management business, investment banking business, put forward specific innovative measures. Combining with the company's reality, this paper provides a basic guarantee for business innovation in corporate governance, including strengthening the capital guarantee with listed companies as the focus; establishing the institutional management model; reforming the performance appraisal mechanism; Under the current trend of mixed and diversified financial industry, this paper provides a specific path for securities companies to optimize their business structure and change their profit model through business innovation in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the market.
