【摘要】：匯率經(jīng)由兩種途徑影響出口,一是升值效果,二是匯率波動所帶來的風險效果。對2005年7月至2010年12月數(shù)據(jù)的研究表明:人民幣升值會減少以本國貨幣表示的出口貿(mào)易,但效果并不明顯,而匯率升值波動所引起的匯率風險,負面沖擊出口收益,并造成出口波動。抑制人民幣升值并不是增加出口的有效工具,調(diào)整出口產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、積極拓展國際市場、規(guī)避外匯風險以及實施有效、透明的貨幣政策才是解決出口問題的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Exchange rate affects exports through two ways, one is the effect of appreciation and the other is the effect of risk brought by exchange rate fluctuation. The research on the data from July 2005 to December 2010 shows that the appreciation of RMB will reduce the export trade expressed in local currency, but the effect is not obvious, and the exchange rate risk caused by the fluctuation of exchange rate will negatively impact export earnings. And cause export fluctuation. Restraining RMB appreciation is not an effective tool to increase export, adjust the structure of export products, actively expand the international market, avoid foreign exchange risk and implement effective and transparent monetary policy is the effective way to solve the export problem.
