【摘要】：正從銀行卡行業(yè)近年發(fā)生的一系列問題來看,國內目前按行業(yè)分類定價的銀行卡定價機制已經(jīng)不可持續(xù),行業(yè)分類導致的收單違規(guī)泛濫等問題也需要盡快解決,銀行卡業(yè)務收益長期低位運行的局面也亟須改善。當前中國銀行卡價格體系的主要問題表現(xiàn)在:行業(yè)價差難以維系。上一輪刷卡手續(xù)費調整已經(jīng)大幅降低餐飲類、一般類等高費率行業(yè)的刷卡手續(xù)費水平:餐飲行業(yè)商戶手續(xù)費降幅達到
