【摘要】：當(dāng)前,世界各國正在積極布局碳金融,迎接清潔能源和氣候變化帶來的巨大金融產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)遇,這將會(huì)深刻影響我國碳金融發(fā)展的路徑選擇,節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)硬約束和資金需求等在客觀上也要求我國建立一個(gè)完善的碳金融體系與之相適應(yīng)。因此,發(fā)展我國的碳金融是大勢所趨。由于我國發(fā)展碳金融時(shí)間較短、經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,亟需加快步伐。通過總結(jié)影響我國碳金融發(fā)展的表現(xiàn),本文著重分析了我國碳金融發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,在借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家碳金融發(fā)展實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了我國發(fā)展碳金融的路徑選擇:建立全方位的碳金融政策體系,以多層次的碳金融體系為目標(biāo)培育中介組織,引導(dǎo)金融業(yè)全面、深度參與碳金融發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, countries in the world are actively distributing carbon finance to meet the huge financial industry opportunities brought by clean energy and climate change, which will profoundly affect the path choice of carbon finance development in China. Energy saving and emission reduction targets, such as hard constraints and capital requirements, also require China to establish a sound carbon finance system to adapt to it. Therefore, the development of China's carbon finance is the general trend. Because our country develops the carbon finance time is short, the experience is insufficient, the urgent need speeds up the step. By summing up the performance of carbon finance development in China, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of carbon finance development in China, and draws lessons from the practical experience of carbon finance development in developed countries. The paper puts forward the way to develop carbon finance in China: to establish a comprehensive carbon finance policy system, to cultivate intermediary organizations with multi-level carbon finance system as the goal, to guide the financial industry to participate in the development of carbon finance in an all-round way and to participate deeply in the development of carbon finance.
