【摘要】：金融在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位越來(lái)越重要,而商業(yè)銀行作為金融系統(tǒng)中服務(wù)最全面、影響最廣泛、最基礎(chǔ)的金融機(jī)構(gòu),其重要性也不言而喻。而且隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,資本在全球范圍內(nèi)的流動(dòng)必將越來(lái)越活躍,這也對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的服務(wù)提出了更高的要求。20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),在國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的指引下,上海市將建設(shè)金融中心,發(fā)展金融業(yè)作為重中之重,銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展也頗具規(guī)模,機(jī)構(gòu)遍布各個(gè)區(qū)縣。隨著改革開(kāi)放,我國(guó)對(duì)外資銀行全面開(kāi)放,各類(lèi)外資銀行紛紛進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)；上海市內(nèi)中資銀行也呈現(xiàn)全面多元化發(fā)展,實(shí)力逐漸增強(qiáng)；科技的進(jìn)步也促使銀行機(jī)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)了新的特征。各類(lèi)商業(yè)銀行機(jī)構(gòu)在有限的區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈發(fā)激烈。在此背景下,研究商業(yè)銀行在上海市內(nèi)部的空間布局顯得很有必要。 本文主要是對(duì)上海市市域范圍內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行的空間布局進(jìn)行研究,使用室內(nèi)調(diào)研首先對(duì)上海市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行了梳理,并大量閱讀相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究成果,明確最新進(jìn)展。以企業(yè)地理、城市地理和金融地理的相關(guān)理論為研究基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合實(shí)證案例,分析探討上海市商業(yè)銀行的空間格局。在進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究時(shí),采用洛倫茲曲線、相關(guān)性分析等數(shù)理方法,利用SPSS、CorelDRAW、ARCGIS等多種工具,對(duì)搜集的空間數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,歸納出促使上海市當(dāng)前的空間布局特征及其成因和影響因素。 通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),上海市商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的空間布局有以下的特點(diǎn)：(1)整體呈現(xiàn)多核心圈層的空間格局；(2)具有指向區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的中心的特點(diǎn)；(3)具有指向區(qū)域行政中心的特點(diǎn)。本文還對(duì)不同類(lèi)型的銀行、不同銀行機(jī)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同銀行、不同機(jī)構(gòu)的空間布局有不同的特點(diǎn)。造成上述的空間布局情況的因素主要可以歸結(jié)為五個(gè)方面：經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、人口因素、政府因素、路徑依賴因素和銀行內(nèi)部因素。 本文基于區(qū)域視角,對(duì)銀行在區(qū)域內(nèi)的空間布局進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)研究總結(jié)出商業(yè)銀行空間行為的規(guī)律,分析影響因素,既對(duì)于銀行通過(guò)機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)提高自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有所啟示,也為區(qū)域能夠形成更為合理的銀行空間格局打下了理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),由于銀行是特殊的企業(yè),對(duì)其空間行為進(jìn)行研究還可以豐富企業(yè)地理的理論和實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:Finance is becoming more and more important in modern economy, and commercial banks as the most comprehensive service, the most extensive impact, the most basic financial institutions, its importance is also self-evident. Moreover, with the globalization of economy, the flow of capital in the global scope will become more and more active. This has also put forward higher requirements for the services of commercial banks. Since the 1990s, under the guidance of the national strategy, Shanghai will build a financial center. Development of the financial industry as the top priority, the development of the banking industry is quite scale, institutions throughout the districts and counties. With the reform and opening to the outside world, all kinds of foreign banks have entered the Chinese market. Advances in technology have also given rise to new features for banking institutions. All kinds of commercial banking institutions in the limited regional scope of competition is increasingly fierce. In this context, it is necessary to study the spatial layout of commercial banks in Shanghai. In this paper, the spatial layout of commercial banks in Shanghai is studied. Firstly, the development of commercial banks in Shanghai is combed by indoor research, and a large number of research results in related fields are read to make clear the latest progress. Based on the theories of enterprise geography, city geography and financial geography, the spatial pattern of commercial banks in Shanghai is analyzed and discussed in this paper. In the course of empirical research, using Lorentz curve, correlation analysis and many other tools, such as SPSS CorelDRAWARCGIS, the collected spatial data are analyzed, and the current spatial layout characteristics, causes and influencing factors of Shanghai are summarized. Through the study, it is found that the spatial layout of commercial bank outlets in Shanghai has the following characteristics: (1) the overall spatial pattern of multi-core circles; (2) the characteristics of pointing to the center of regional economic development; (3) the characteristics of pointing to the regional administrative center. This paper also makes a detailed analysis of different types of banks and different banking institutions and finds that the spatial layout of different banks and institutions has different characteristics. The factors that cause the above spatial distribution can be summed up in five aspects: economic factor, population factor, government factor, path dependence factor and internal factor of bank. Based on the regional perspective, this paper studies the spatial layout of banks in the region. By studying and summarizing the law of commercial banks' spatial behavior and analyzing the influencing factors, it not only enlightens banks to improve their competitiveness through institutional construction, but also lays a theoretical foundation for regional banks to form a more reasonable spatial pattern of banks. At the same time, as banks are special enterprises, the study of their spatial behavior can enrich the theoretical and empirical research of enterprise geography.
