商業(yè)銀行集團客戶信貸風(fēng)險管理研究

【摘要】:安全性、流動性和盈利性是商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營原則。在經(jīng)濟形勢波動和變化的過程中,集團客戶是信貸風(fēng)險的高發(fā)區(qū)域,集團客戶的信貸風(fēng)險通常是經(jīng)營風(fēng)險、財務(wù)風(fēng)險和關(guān)聯(lián)交易風(fēng)險交織于一體,具有隱蔽性、一體性和突發(fā)性的特點。商業(yè)銀行如果不能從整體上有效加以控制,,將對銀行信貸資產(chǎn)安全產(chǎn)生強大的破壞力。 本研究致力于探討商業(yè)銀行如何加強和完善集團客戶信貸風(fēng)險管理。首先,本文運用理論分析工具從集團客戶的定義及其風(fēng)險特征入手,逐步梳理商業(yè)銀行集團客戶信貸風(fēng)險管理的基本框架;然后結(jié)合S銀行集團客戶信貸風(fēng)險管理的現(xiàn)狀分析存在的問題及其典型案例,指出S銀行集團客戶信貸管理方面存在風(fēng)險識別、限額控制和信息不對稱這三方面主要問題;最后,提出了改善S銀行集團客戶信貸風(fēng)險管理的具體建議。 本研究在集團客戶整體授信評級測算方面有所探索,另外,建議銀行同業(yè)采取銀團貸款或聯(lián)合貸款等方式,實現(xiàn)集團客戶授信總額聯(lián)合管控。這些方面對于商業(yè)銀行切實提高集團客戶信貸風(fēng)險管理水平,具有重要的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Safety, liquidity and profitability are the business principles of commercial banks. In the process of fluctuation and change of economic situation, group customer is the high risk area of credit risk, the credit risk of group customer is usually management risk, financial risk and related party transaction risk are intertwined, and have concealment. The characteristics of unity and spontaneity. If commercial banks can not be effectively controlled, it will have a strong destructive effect on the security of bank credit assets. This study focuses on how to strengthen and improve the group customer credit risk management. First of all, this paper begins with the definition and risk characteristics of group customers by using theoretical analysis tools, and gradually combs the basic framework of credit risk management of group customers in commercial banks. Then combining with the current situation of S bank group customer credit risk management, this paper analyzes the existing problems and their typical cases, and points out that there are three main problems in S bank group customer credit management: risk identification, quota control and information asymmetry. Finally, the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions to improve the credit risk management of S bank group. In addition, it is suggested that the interbank should adopt syndicated loans or joint loans to realize the joint control of the total amount of group customers' credit. These aspects have important reference and guiding significance for commercial banks to improve the level of credit risk management of group customers.
