【摘要】：近年來(lái),實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)從金融體系獲得資金的結(jié)構(gòu)在發(fā)生重大變化,銀行貸款的占比不斷降低,債券融資、信托貸款、委托貸款等新型融資渠道占比不斷提升。東北地區(qū)金融業(yè)發(fā)展水平與全國(guó)相比,在規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化等方面都相對(duì)滯后。因此,東北地區(qū)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步明確"政府調(diào)控引導(dǎo)優(yōu)先,培育市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)繁榮"的戰(zhàn)略思路,樹(shù)立以增加金融供給為核心目標(biāo)的金融擴(kuò)張理念,健全功能配套完善的金融體系,做強(qiáng)做大地方金融機(jī)構(gòu),加快金融集聚區(qū)建設(shè),以強(qiáng)勢(shì)的政策因素驅(qū)動(dòng)?xùn)|北地區(qū)金融業(yè)提速成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the structure of the real economy getting funds from the financial system is changing greatly, the proportion of bank loans is decreasing, the proportion of new financing channels, such as bond financing, trust loans, and so on, is constantly increasing. Compared with the whole country, the development level of financial industry in Northeast China lags behind in scale growth, structural adjustment and innovation optimization. Therefore, the Northeast region should further clarify the strategic thinking of "government regulation and guidance first, foster market competition and prosperity", establish the concept of financial expansion with increasing financial supply as the core goal, and perfect the financial system with complete function. Strengthening local financial institutions, speeding up the construction of financial agglomeration areas, and driving the Northeast financial industry to grow faster with strong policy factors.
