【摘要】：美國次貸危機引發(fā)了肆掠全球的金融危機，其直接原因是美國國內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)、金融政策錯誤，以及華爾街的貪婪與金融監(jiān)管失誤，而深層次原因是全球經(jīng)濟失衡與技術創(chuàng)新的周期性。由美國次貸危機引發(fā)的全球性金融危機，給全球金融市場帶來巨大沖擊，信心信用危機嚴重影響世界經(jīng)濟正常運行，并逐漸影響到實體經(jīng)濟，發(fā)達國家經(jīng)濟體陷入衰退邊緣，發(fā)展中國家普遍受到波及。從演進路徑看，這場危機已從虛擬經(jīng)濟到實體經(jīng)濟、從經(jīng)濟領域到社會領域向全球擴散蔓延，阻斷了世界經(jīng)濟持續(xù)發(fā)展的進程，致使世界面臨自1929年美國“大蕭條”以來罕見的嚴重經(jīng)濟危機。 論文主要基于對2008年全球金融危機爆發(fā)的原因的分析，探索了全球金融危機對美國、歐洲發(fā)達國際、非洲地區(qū)以及中國的影響，并從全球金融危機爆發(fā)的原因、過程及影響得出了相關啟示。論文共分為四章。第一章是緒論部分，闡述了論文的寫作背景、研究意義與目的，并分析了國內(nèi)外的相關研究現(xiàn)狀，對論文的結構與思路、重點與難點進行了介紹；第二章開始是論文的正論部分。分析了全球金融危機爆發(fā)的背景與原因，其中，主要分為根本原因、直接原因和其他原因等。第三章研究了全球金融危機所造成的影響，分別分析了對以美國為首的發(fā)達國家的影響，，對世界經(jīng)濟的影響以及對發(fā)展中國家的影響。第四章探討了全球金融危機給我們帶來的啟示，包括信用制度建設的重要性，市場創(chuàng)新應該切合實際經(jīng)濟需求，國貨幣匯率的操控應該得當，應該建立透明的金融監(jiān)管體系等。最后是論文的結論部分，對整篇論文的觀點進行了概括和總結。
[Abstract]:The subprime mortgage crisis in the United States led to a global financial crisis, which was directly caused by domestic industries, financial policy errors, and Wall Street greed and financial regulatory failures. The deep reason is the global economic imbalance and the periodicity of technological innovation. The global financial crisis caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has brought a huge impact to the global financial market. The confidence and credit crisis has seriously affected the normal operation of the world economy and gradually affected the real economy, and the developed economies are on the verge of recession. Developing countries are generally affected. From the perspective of the evolution path, the crisis has spread from the virtual economy to the real economy, from the economic field to the social field to the world, thus blocking the process of sustained development of the world economy. Causing the world to face a severe economic crisis rare since the Great Depression of 1929 in the United States. Based on the analysis of the causes of the global financial crisis in 2008, this paper explores the impact of the global financial crisis on the United States, developed countries in Europe, Africa and China. The fourth chapter discusses the enlightenment brought to us by the global financial crisis, including the importance of credit system construction, market innovation should meet the actual economic needs, the currency exchange rate should be properly manipulated, and a transparent financial supervision system should be established.
