【摘要】：隨著信息時(shí)代發(fā)展的日新月異和計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷提高發(fā)展，企業(yè)信息化管理應(yīng)用建設(shè)成為企業(yè)提高運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效的一種重要管理工具。HT公司是一家涉足多元發(fā)展的投資控股企業(yè)，企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍寬、分布范圍廣，其信息化管理應(yīng)用水平尚處在初級(jí)階段。隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)范圍和產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷向前發(fā)展，加強(qiáng)HT公司的信息化管理應(yīng)用成為HT公司管理職能轉(zhuǎn)變的一個(gè)重要課題。 筆者結(jié)合HT公司企業(yè)信息化管理應(yīng)用的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理與信息化管理的有關(guān)理論，運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法，對(duì)HT公司實(shí)施信息化管理所具有的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)劣勢(shì)及面臨的外部威脅和機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行深入分析，，提出切實(shí)可行的信息化管理辦公解決方案的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化模式，為HT公司企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理和提高對(duì)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力確定有效的可行方案。 全文共分為五章，第一章緒論，介紹選題背景、研究目的及意義，第二章簡(jiǎn)述國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)企業(yè)信息化管理應(yīng)用的理論研究及使用現(xiàn)狀，第三章對(duì)HT公司信息化管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行SWOT分析，第四章提出信息化管理的應(yīng)用目標(biāo)及優(yōu)化方案，最后一章簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)HT公司采用信息化管理帶來(lái)的變革及對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the information age and the development of computer and network technology, Enterprise information management application construction has become an important management tool for enterprises to improve their operational performance. HT Company is an investment holding enterprise involved in multiple development, which has a wide business scope and wide distribution. Its information management application level is still in the primary stage. With the continuous development of the business scope and industrial scale of the company, strengthening the application of information management in HT Company has become an important issue in the transformation of management functions of HT Company. Combining with the practical application of enterprise information management in HT Company and the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management and information management, the author applies SWOT analysis method. This paper analyzes deeply the internal advantages and disadvantages, the external threats and opportunities faced by HT company in the implementation of information management, and puts forward a feasible standardized mode of information management office solution. To establish effective and feasible solutions for the standardization management and the improvement of external competitiveness of HT Company. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the second chapter briefly describes the domestic and foreign application of enterprise information management theory and use of the status quo. The third chapter analyzes the present situation of HT company's information management by SWOT, the fourth chapter puts forward the application goal and optimization scheme of information management, and the last chapter briefly summarizes the changes brought about by HT company's adoption of information management and prospects for the future.
