我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務的創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:中間業(yè)務是指不構(gòu)成商業(yè)銀行表內(nèi)資產(chǎn)、表內(nèi)負債,,形成銀行非利息收入的業(yè)務。隨著金融全球化、金融自由化、金融信息化趨勢的發(fā)展,金融市場的競爭日趨激烈,商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)的收入來源——利息收益大大降低。商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務以其風險小、成本低、收益高成為商業(yè)銀行增加利潤的重要途徑,中間業(yè)務己成為現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行的核心業(yè)務之一,我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的意義也因此尤其重要。 本文主要以金融創(chuàng)新理論和商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務理論為基礎(chǔ),通過對國內(nèi)外部分商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行對比,找出制約我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的因素,建議我國商業(yè)銀行進一步加快中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展趨勢,提升我國商業(yè)銀行的市場競爭力。 本文從結(jié)構(gòu)上一共分為六個部分: 第一部分為緒論,介紹了本文的研究意義以及對國內(nèi)外學者關(guān)于金融創(chuàng)新和商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務的研究進行綜合整理。 第二部分為金融創(chuàng)新與商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務的一般概述。首先,對國內(nèi)外學者關(guān)于“金融創(chuàng)新”的含義進行了介紹,并在此基礎(chǔ)上加以歸納總結(jié),同時闡述了金融創(chuàng)新的特點以及金融創(chuàng)新的一般理論;其次,闡述了中間業(yè)務的基本概念,并根據(jù)我國人民銀行制定的《商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務暫行規(guī)定》將中間業(yè)務分為七類,同時闡述了商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的必要性:第一,有利于提高商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)濟效益,滿足銀行發(fā)展需要;第二,有利于開辟新的業(yè)務領(lǐng)域,增加創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的種類;第三,有利于降低和分散銀行的風險;第四,有利于提高商業(yè)銀行的市場競爭力;最后,敘述了金融創(chuàng)新和中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系,指出二者相互聯(lián)系、相互依托、相輔相成、缺一不可。 第三、四部分主要介紹了我國與西方發(fā)達國家商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和制約我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的因素。并在此基礎(chǔ)上對二者進行了比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務發(fā)展與西方發(fā)達國家商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務發(fā)展狀況相比還存在著較大的差距,主要體現(xiàn)在業(yè)務范圍狹小、發(fā)展緩慢且不平衡、服務觀念存在差異等,這些也正是我國商業(yè)銀行缺乏競爭力的表現(xiàn)。 第五部分主要介紹了境外商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)驗借鑒。 第六部分是在前面的分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展趨勢,主要從中間業(yè)務產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新發(fā)展趨勢和產(chǎn)品發(fā)展方向以及中間業(yè)務管理創(chuàng)新三個方面進行分析。
[Abstract]:Intermediate business refers to the business which does not constitute the assets and liabilities in the balance sheet of the commercial bank and forms the non-interest income of the bank. With the development of financial globalization, financial liberalization and financial informatization, the competition in financial market is becoming more and more fierce, and the traditional income source of commercial banks-interest income is greatly reduced. The intermediate business of commercial bank has become one of the core business of modern commercial bank because of its low risk, low cost and high profit. Therefore, the significance of intermediate business innovation in Chinese commercial banks is especially important. Based on the theory of financial innovation and the theory of intermediate business of commercial banks, this paper compares the present situation of innovation of intermediate business in some commercial banks at home and abroad, and finds out the factors restricting the innovation of intermediate business of commercial banks in China. It is suggested that China's commercial banks should further speed up the development trend of intermediate business innovation and enhance the market competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks. This paper is divided into six parts from the structure: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the significance of the research and comprehensive arrangement of the domestic and foreign scholars on financial innovation and commercial bank intermediary business research. The second part is the general overview of financial innovation and commercial bank intermediary business. First of all, it introduces the meaning of "financial innovation" by domestic and foreign scholars, and then summarizes the characteristics of financial innovation and the general theory of financial innovation. This paper expounds the basic concept of intermediary business, and divides the intermediate business into seven categories according to the interim regulations of the people's Bank of China. At the same time, it expounds the necessity of the innovation of the intermediate business of the commercial bank: first, It is conducive to improving the economic benefits of commercial banks and meeting the development needs of banks; second, to opening up new business areas and increasing the variety of innovative products; third, to reducing and dispersing the risks of banks; and fourthly, to opening up new areas of business and increasing the variety of innovative products. Finally, the paper describes the relationship between financial innovation and intermediate business innovation, and points out that the two are interrelated, rely on each other, complement each other, and are indispensable. The third and fourth part mainly introduces the present situation of intermediate business development of commercial banks in China and western developed countries and the factors restricting the innovation of intermediate business in commercial banks in China. On the basis of the comparison and analysis, it is found that there is still a big gap between the development of intermediate business of commercial banks in our country and that of commercial banks in western developed countries, which is mainly reflected in the narrow scope of business. The development is slow and unbalanced, and the service concept is different, which is also the lack of competitiveness of commercial banks in China. The fifth part mainly introduces the experience of foreign commercial banks' intermediate business innovation. The sixth part is based on the previous analysis, puts forward the development trend of intermediate business innovation of commercial banks in China, mainly from three aspects: the development trend of intermediate business product innovation and the direction of product development, as well as the management innovation of intermediate business.
