[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, small and medium-sized enterprises play a more and more important role in promoting the development of national economy, enriching the vitality of market economy, absorbing a large number of urban and rural employment and so on. However, because of its small scale financial system is not perfect, it has been difficult for SMEs to obtain financial support matching with their economic contribution. The financing gap of SMEs seriously affects their development and growth. On the banking side, with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, many banks have begun to turn their attention to the lending business of small and medium-sized enterprises or even small and micro enterprises with great market potential. In order to open up a new stable profit growth point, G Bank Nanning Branch's small micro-loan business innovatively applies the theory of supply chain finance to develop the cluster marketing business, and the innovative business will be small in the case of individual investors. The problem of information asymmetry caused by imperfect financial system is solved in cluster marketing, and the problem of small and micro enterprise loan caused by information asymmetry is solved by using soft information collection in the context of cluster. This paper takes the loan business of small and micro enterprises in Nanning Branch of G Bank as the research object, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the loan business of small and micro enterprises in Nanning Branch by means of field practice, interview, questionnaire, and other relevant documents. Based on the analysis of the specific problems in the process of business development, the following improvement measures are put forward, one is to expand the scope of small and micro business and gradually reduce the business reference level, the other is to standardize the risk control measures, To explore the establishment of "credit factory" business model; third, to strengthen the construction of customer managers, to carry out systematic personnel training; fourth, to deepen the level of market development, and to explore the establishment of specialized branches. It is hoped that these improvements and development advice will be of little help to the follow-up study and to the future development of the bank.
