【摘要】：本文選取1999-2010年滬深證券交易所上市的對(duì)外直接投資企業(yè)為研究樣本,在對(duì)外直接投資理論的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合資源基礎(chǔ)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論、制度理論,從不同視角分析中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的影響因素。實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)外直接投資企業(yè)的資本勞動(dòng)比、員工受教育程度、企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、行業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度、市場(chǎng)占有率對(duì)其生產(chǎn)率有正向影響;企業(yè)規(guī)模、國(guó)家所有權(quán)水平對(duì)其生產(chǎn)率有負(fù)向影響。同時(shí)本文還揭示了現(xiàn)實(shí)中出現(xiàn)的與傳統(tǒng)理論不符的現(xiàn)象,如投資到發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家反而會(huì)使母國(guó)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率降低、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成本越高其生產(chǎn)率也越高等現(xiàn)象,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際針對(duì)這些現(xiàn)象給出了合理解釋,并對(duì)如何提高中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率分別向企業(yè)和政府提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the foreign direct investment enterprises listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 1999 to 2010 as the research samples, and combines the resource-based theory, the industrial organization theory and the system theory on the basis of the theory of foreign direct investment. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the productivity of China's foreign direct investment enterprises from different perspectives. The empirical results show that the ratio of capital to labor, the level of employee education, the operating cost, the degree of competition in the industry, the market share have a positive effect on the productivity of OFDI enterprises. The level of state ownership has a negative impact on its productivity. At the same time, this paper also reveals some phenomena which do not conform to the traditional theory in reality, such as investment in the developed countries will reduce the productivity of the home country enterprises, and the higher the operating cost, the higher the productivity, and so on. This paper gives a reasonable explanation to these phenomena and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the productivity of China's foreign direct investment enterprises.
