【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化快速發(fā)展,中國銀行業(yè)遇到了空前的發(fā)展與挑戰(zhàn),同樣,由于中國金融業(yè)的一步步打破傳統(tǒng)思想,伴隨國外的商業(yè)銀行的加入和相互間的壓力以及國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行為加大業(yè)務(wù)量不斷推出的新的業(yè)務(wù)種類,使其面臨的風(fēng)險也隨之不斷加大。我國商業(yè)銀行所面臨的風(fēng)險大致可以分為市場風(fēng)險、信用風(fēng)險和操作風(fēng)險三種。前兩者在很早前就備受金融機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)注,迄今為止已經(jīng)有了頗為成熟的風(fēng)險管理控制技術(shù),而對于操作風(fēng)險而言,雖然商業(yè)銀行自誕生以來就一直存在,國際上因為操作風(fēng)險導(dǎo)致的銀行倒閉、巨額虧損時有發(fā)生,所以國外很早就開始重視操作風(fēng)險的研究,并且趨于成熟。然而我國銀行因為其所處的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制等各方面因素,一直沒把操作風(fēng)險放在風(fēng)險管理的首要位置。近些年,因為操作風(fēng)險所引發(fā)的銀行遭受巨額損失案件頻有發(fā)生,歸根結(jié)蒂主要還是我國商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部控制體系不完善所引起。因此,加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部控制體系建設(shè)是我國金融改革形勢對商業(yè)銀行的客觀要求,也是商業(yè)銀行自身經(jīng)營發(fā)展、應(yīng)對同業(yè)競爭和挑戰(zhàn)的必然選擇。本文以基于內(nèi)部控制的A銀行風(fēng)險管理為參考研究對象,根據(jù)A銀行所處的市場環(huán)境及A銀行的企業(yè)文化環(huán)境入手,對其風(fēng)險管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,指出A銀行的風(fēng)險點及問題所在,并分析A銀行產(chǎn)生風(fēng)險的原因。同時對A銀行的風(fēng)險管理體系的整體設(shè)計和制度構(gòu)建提出了相應(yīng)的對策及建議。本文的研究將借鑒并應(yīng)用西方現(xiàn)代新型風(fēng)險管理技術(shù)和手段,為我國各大商業(yè)銀行制度的完善以及加快建立健全我國銀行業(yè)風(fēng)險管理體系提供有價值的實際參考,這對于提高和完善我國各大商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險管理水平具有重要的理論價值和不可替代的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, China's banking industry has encountered unprecedented development and challenges. With the joining of foreign commercial banks and the pressure of each other and the new types of business introduced by domestic commercial banks in order to increase the volume of business, the risks faced by them are also increasing. The risks faced by commercial banks in China can be divided into three types: market risk, credit risk and operational risk. The first two have long been the concern of financial institutions. So far, there have been quite mature risk management and control techniques, and for operational risks, although commercial banks have existed since their birth, Because of the collapse of banks caused by operational risk and the occurrence of huge losses in the world, foreign countries have begun to attach great importance to the study of operational risk and tend to mature. However, because of its economic system and other factors, Chinese banks have not put operational risk in the primary position of risk management. In recent years, due to the operational risk caused by the banks suffered huge losses frequently occurred, in the final analysis is mainly caused by the imperfect internal control system of commercial banks in China. Therefore, strengthening the construction of internal control system is the objective requirement of our country's financial reform situation to the commercial banks, and is also the inevitable choice for the commercial banks to develop their own management and to deal with the competition and challenges of the same industry. This paper takes the risk management of Bank A based on internal control as the reference object, according to the market environment of Bank A and the corporate culture environment of Bank A, the present situation of risk management of Bank A is studied. This paper points out the risk points and problems of Bank A, and analyzes the causes of the risks in Bank A. At the same time, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the overall design and system construction of the risk management system of Bank A. The research in this paper will draw lessons from and apply modern and new risk management techniques and means to provide valuable practical reference for the perfection of various commercial bank systems in China and the acceleration of establishing and perfecting the banking risk management system in China. This has important theoretical value and irreplaceable practical significance for improving and perfecting the level of economic risk management of major commercial banks in China.
