ABC銀行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:銀行業(yè)是一個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常激烈的行業(yè),并且具有一定的可替代性,不但各銀行之間可以相互替代,而且非金融機(jī)構(gòu)也很容易進(jìn)入,因此研究銀行的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位、優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),對(duì)提升銀行的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力是非常重要的。ABC銀行前有三大國(guó)有銀行堵截,后有眾多股份制銀行、城市商業(yè)銀行追兵,不但缺乏企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論,而且還缺乏提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,即使在幅員遼闊的廣大農(nóng)村市場(chǎng),ABC銀行也有農(nóng)村信用社、郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行和村鎮(zhèn)銀行等競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,并且銀行金融產(chǎn)品日趨同質(zhì)化,這將大大影響ABC銀行的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的根本是贏得持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),獲得長(zhǎng)期制勝之本,核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的提出恰恰就符合了這樣的要求,為此國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)界和理論界都對(duì)其給予了較大的關(guān)注。目前對(duì)現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行研究的重點(diǎn)仍集中在對(duì)國(guó)有大型商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的討論上,少有專門以基層營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)為主體的系統(tǒng)性研究。本文立足于我國(guó)銀行業(yè),主要從基層營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)這一重要的研究視角出發(fā),重點(diǎn)分析了各種因素對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展可能產(chǎn)生的影響,從而完善和補(bǔ)充了我國(guó)關(guān)于銀行業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)研究,為金融行業(yè)提供一定的可供參考的理論研究。 本研究基于銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論,以商業(yè)銀行基層營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)為研究實(shí)例,深入分析影響商業(yè)銀行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)的各種因素,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)和商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)的相關(guān)研究,采用系統(tǒng)分析的方法提出改進(jìn)并逐步完善營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)的具體措施。 本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為:第一,通過查閱、借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)大量研究,分析研究銀行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念、內(nèi)涵以及特點(diǎn),找出影響銀行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素,,明確核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)過程中的問題;第二,理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐,通過對(duì)ABC銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)現(xiàn)狀分析,找出核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)過程中的約束條件和影響因素;第三,在上述兩步驟的基礎(chǔ)上,基于ABC銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的建設(shè)要求,提出有針對(duì)性的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)策略,以及可操作性的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The banking industry is a very competitive industry and has a certain substitutability. Not only the banks can replace each other, but also the non financial institutions are easy to enter. Therefore, it is very important to study the competitive position, advantages and disadvantages of the bank, which is very important for the.ABC bank to improve the competitive strength of the bank. There are three major state-owned banks. After the bank has been blocked, there are many joint-stock banks and urban commercial banks pursuing troops, not only lack of enterprise competition theory, but also lack the development strategic plan to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises. Even in the vast vast rural market, ABC bank also has competitors such as rural credit cooperatives, postal savings banks and village banks, and the bank gold. The homogenization of financial products will greatly affect the long-term development of ABC banks.
The essence of modern enterprise competition is to win the continuous competitive advantage and win the long-term success. The theory of core competitiveness is exactly in line with such requirements. Therefore, both the domestic and foreign enterprises and the theorists have paid great attention to it. The focus of the research on modern commercial banks is still focused on the large state-owned commercial banks. In the discussion of the exhibition, there are few systematic studies which are mainly based on the business outlets of the grass-roots units. Based on our banking industry, this paper mainly analyzes the possible influence of various factors on the business development of the enterprises from the perspective of the important research perspective of the grass-roots business outlets, thus perfecting and complements our country's core competitiveness of the banking industry. The related research provides a theoretical reference for the financial industry.
Based on the theory of core competitiveness of banks and taking the basic business outlets of commercial banks as an example, this paper analyzes various factors affecting the construction of core competitiveness of commercial banks' business outlets, and draws on the relevant research on the core competitiveness of enterprises and the construction of core competitiveness of commercial banks at home and abroad, and adopts the method of systematic analysis. It puts forward specific measures to improve and gradually improve the core competitiveness of business outlets.
The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, by consulting a lot of research on the core competitiveness of the domestic and foreign enterprises and the core competitiveness of commercial banks, the concept, the connotation and the characteristics of the core competitiveness of the bank outlets are analyzed and studied, and the key factors affecting the core competitiveness of the bank outlets are found out, and the core competitiveness is clearly established. The problems in the process are set up; second, through the combination of theory and practice, the constraints and influencing factors in the construction process of core competitiveness are found through the analysis of the current situation of ABC bank network. Third, on the basis of the above two steps, based on the construction requirements of the ABC bank network, the construction strategy of core competitiveness and the maneuverability are put forward. Security measures.
