【摘要】：長期以來,國際投資促進(jìn)得到快速發(fā)展,并初步形成較為完備的國際投資促進(jìn)體系。后金融危機(jī)時代,各國為從金融危機(jī)中盡快復(fù)蘇經(jīng)濟(jì)普遍加強(qiáng)了投資促進(jìn)工作,國際投資促進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)運行呈現(xiàn)新特點。深入研究這些新特點并從中得到啟示,藉以借鑒,進(jìn)而理順我國投資促進(jìn)體制機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新投資促進(jìn)方式、推動擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、提升投資服務(wù)質(zhì)量、提高投資促進(jìn)效益,以深化我國投資促進(jìn)工作,提升國際競爭力。
[Abstract]:For a long time, international investment promotion has developed rapidly and a relatively complete international investment promotion system has been formed. In the post-financial crisis era, in order to recover the economy from the financial crisis as soon as possible, countries generally strengthen the investment promotion work, and the operation of the international investment promotion agencies presents new characteristics. In order to draw lessons from these new characteristics, we can straighten out the system mechanism of investment promotion, innovate the way of investment promotion, promote the expansion of domestic demand, improve the quality of investment service, and improve the efficiency of investment promotion. In order to deepen China's investment promotion work, enhance international competitiveness.
