【摘要】：將匯率沖擊、貿(mào)易壁壘與"誘發(fā)性"對外直接投資置于一個理論框架下,揭示其間的誘發(fā)機制與綜合傳導(dǎo)路徑,得出結(jié)論如下:跨越貿(mào)易壁壘是誘發(fā)企業(yè)對外投資行為的重要動因,匯率對直接投資流出可能具有"雙向性"作用;在遭遇東道國反傾銷威脅時,市場規(guī)模對企業(yè)對外投資的"跨越"動機起到制約作用;企業(yè)擁有的成本優(yōu)勢越具備"可轉(zhuǎn)移"特征,越容易"誘發(fā)"對外直接投資的形成;行業(yè)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品差異化程度越高,則越能"誘發(fā)"企業(yè)從事對外投資。
[Abstract]:Put the exchange rate shock, trade barrier and "induced" FDI under a theoretical framework, and reveal the induced mechanism and comprehensive conduction path between them. The conclusions are as follows: crossing trade barriers is an important motivation to induce enterprises' outward investment behavior, exchange rate may have a "bidirectional" effect on FDI outflow, and when confronted with the threat of anti-dumping from the host country, the exchange rate may have a "bidirectional" effect on FDI outflow. The scale of the market restricts the "leapfrogging" motivation of the enterprise's outward investment, the more the cost advantage of the enterprise has the characteristics of "transferable", the easier it is to "induce" the formation of foreign direct investment; the higher the degree of product differentiation in the industry, the higher the degree of product differentiation. Then more can "induce" enterprises engaged in foreign investment.
