【摘要】：2012年3月28日,溫家寶總理在國務(wù)院常務(wù)會議上決定設(shè)立浙江省溫州市金融綜合改革試驗(yàn)區(qū),并確定了溫州市金融綜合改革的十二項(xiàng)主要任務(wù)。2012年11月23日溫州市召開溫州金融綜合改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)實(shí)施方案新聞發(fā)布會,正式公布溫州金改細(xì)則。去年以來民營銀行呼聲不斷,備受矚目的民營銀行將在2014年展開試點(diǎn),首批試點(diǎn)3—5家,實(shí)行有限牌照。溫州經(jīng)濟(jì)在改革開放初期蓬勃發(fā)展,1985年“溫州模式”一詞首次在《解放日報(bào)》上出現(xiàn)。但是從1998年亞洲金融危機(jī)到2008年美國次貸危機(jī),十年之間溫州經(jīng)濟(jì)增長緩慢,“溫州模式”也漸漸被人們遺忘。本文從“溫州模式”的由來出發(fā),首先系統(tǒng)的回顧一下改革開放初期溫州的發(fā)展情況和“溫州模式”出現(xiàn)的原因,再全面分析“溫州模式”在近幾年銷聲匿跡的主要原因,最后由金融改革和最近一直被熱議的民營銀行出發(fā)探討像“溫州模式”這樣的民營企業(yè)今后的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:On March 28, 2012, at an executive meeting of the State Council, Prime Minister Wen Jiabao decided to establish a comprehensive financial reform pilot area in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. On November 23, 2012, Wenzhou held a news conference on the implementation plan of Wenzhou financial comprehensive reform experimental area, and officially announced the Wenzhou gold reform rules. Private banks have been clamoring since last year, with high-profile private banks set to pilot in 2014, with the first three to five with limited licences. Wenzhou's economy flourished in the early stage of reform and opening up. In 1985, the term "Wenzhou model" first appeared in the Liberation Daily. But from the Asian financial crisis in 1998 to the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States in 2008, Wenzhou's economic growth was slow in the past decade, and the Wenzhou model was gradually forgotten. Starting from the origin of "Wenzhou Model", this paper first systematically reviews the development of Wenzhou in the early stage of reform and opening up and the reasons for the emergence of "Wenzhou Model", and then comprehensively analyzes the main reasons for the disappearance of "Wenzhou Model" in recent years. Finally, the future development direction of private enterprises such as Wenzhou model is discussed by the financial reform and the recently discussed private banks.
