【摘要】：國內新一代業(yè)務信息、系統(tǒng)項目風險管理工作近些年有了很大的發(fā)展。高青縣農村商業(yè)銀行在這個項目建設上的投入也很大,已形成了比較成熟的系統(tǒng)性的規(guī)模。但是隨著規(guī)模的增大,與系統(tǒng)息息相關的運行風險也在增大。對于高青縣農村商業(yè)銀行而言,關于新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理工作還沒有很完善的管理制度,不論是人才儲備還是技術手段,都有很多的問題。所以,對于當前的高青縣農村商業(yè)銀行而言,怎么樣控制好這其中的風險,讓新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目更好的為社會經濟服務,是高青縣農村商業(yè)銀行急需解決的問題。本文主要基于文獻研究法、調研法、系統(tǒng)分析法對高青縣農村商業(yè)銀行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理現(xiàn)狀、項目風險識別、項目風險評估、項目風險控制和項目風險防范進行分析。首先緒論部分,主要概括分析了高青縣農商行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理的研究背景、研究意義以及相關的國內外研究現(xiàn)狀,同時介紹了本文的研究思路、研究方法和研究的主要創(chuàng)新點。其次對新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目管理理論進行分析與概述,主要圍繞項目風險管理的基本理論,在對項目風險管理概念界定的基礎上,對高青縣農商行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目風險識別和評估方法進行理論探究。再者探究與分析了高青縣農商行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目現(xiàn)狀與問題,主要對高青縣農商行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目的基本情況進行簡要介紹的基礎上分析高青縣農商行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理的現(xiàn)存問題及問題的根源。第四,本文從多個方面對高青縣農商行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目風險進行識別與評估。然后本文介紹了高青縣農商行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目從哪些方面進行風險控制。最后本文對高青縣農商行新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目如何進行風險防范方面進行了深入的研究與分析。通過研究本文認為高青縣新一代業(yè)務信息項目管理中存在諸多問題,本文從項目風險識別及項目風險評估方面入手對高青縣新一代業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理進行研究與分析,提出了組織、制度、流程等方面的項目風險控制方案。
[Abstract]:Domestic new generation business information, system project risk management work in recent years has a great development. The rural commercial banks of Gaoqing County have invested a lot in the construction of this project, which has formed a more mature and systematic scale. However, with the increase of scale, the operational risk which is closely related to the system is also increasing. For the rural commercial banks of Gaoqing County, there are still many problems in the project risk management system of the new generation business information system, whether it is talent reserve or technical means. Therefore, for the current Gaoqing County Rural Commercial Bank, how to control the risks and make the new generation of business information system project better serve the social economy, is the urgent problem of the Gaoqing County Rural Commercial Bank. This paper mainly based on the literature research method, the system analysis method to the Gaoqing County rural commercial bank new generation business information system project risk management present situation, the project risk identification, the project risk appraisal, Project risk control and project risk prevention analysis. First of all, the introduction part, mainly summarizes and analyzes the research background, research significance and related domestic and foreign research status of the new generation business information system project risk management of Gaoqing County Agricultural and Commercial Bank, and introduces the research ideas of this paper. Research methods and main innovation points of research. Secondly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the project management theory of the new generation business information system, mainly focusing on the basic theory of project risk management and defining the concept of project risk management. This paper probes into the risk identification and evaluation method of the new generation business information system project of Gaoqing Agricultural and Commercial Bank. Furthermore, it explores and analyzes the current situation and problems of the new generation business information system project of Gaoqing Agricultural and Commercial Bank. Based on the brief introduction of the new generation business information system project of Gaoqing county agribusiness bank, this paper analyzes the existing problems and the root causes of the project risk management of the new generation business information system project of Gao Qing county agribusiness bank. Fourthly, this paper identifies and evaluates the project risk of the new generation business information system in Gaoqing County. Then this paper introduces the new generation of business information system project of Gaoqing County Agricultural and Commercial Bank, which carries on the risk control. Finally, this paper makes a deep research and analysis on how to carry out risk prevention in the new generation business information system project of Gaoqing County Agricultural and Commercial Bank. This paper considers that there are many problems in the new generation of business information project management in Gaoqing County. This paper studies and analyzes the project risk management of the new generation business information system of Gaoqing County from the aspects of project risk identification and project risk assessment. Put forward the organization, system, process and other aspects of the project risk control program.
