【摘要】:銀行卡作為21世紀(jì)一種集消費(fèi)、結(jié)算、信貸、理財(cái)?shù)缺姸嘌苌a(chǎn)品為一體的綜合性金融產(chǎn)品,是傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)務(wù)與現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,也是馬克思所揭示的貨幣發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的必然結(jié)果。銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)已成為當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)最具影響力的業(yè)務(wù)之一。以美國(guó)為代表的銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)以迅雷不及掩耳之勢(shì)高速發(fā)展,逐漸走向成熟。而中國(guó)自上世紀(jì)80年代發(fā)行第一張中行卡以來(lái),雖經(jīng)歷了30多年的快速發(fā)展,顯現(xiàn)出年發(fā)卡量大幅增長(zhǎng)、受理市場(chǎng)不斷擴(kuò)大、滲透率不斷加深、交易額不斷增長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不斷延伸等特點(diǎn),但就整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系來(lái)講,仍處于導(dǎo)入期向成長(zhǎng)期轉(zhuǎn)換的階段,規(guī)模及整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力比較弱小,離成熟產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境存在較大差距。 中國(guó)的金融市場(chǎng)完全開(kāi)放后,國(guó)內(nèi)大部分銀行都與VISA、MASTER等信用卡組織有著雙幣合作。一方面使得銀行卡市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜化,另一方面影響銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)的拓展。因此,及時(shí)總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),認(rèn)真剖析自身的差距,借鑒成熟國(guó)家業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的研究成果,對(duì)加快我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)具有重要意義。本文著眼于整個(gè)銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)的研究,首先通過(guò)具有典型代表意義的美國(guó)銀行卡和韓國(guó)銀行卡發(fā)展歷程,為我國(guó)銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供參考價(jià)值;其次利用雙邊市場(chǎng)理論、SCP框架分析法等理論分析框架,結(jié)合我國(guó)銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)的推廣和使用入手,列舉具有代表性的十四家商業(yè)銀行的銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)份額、市場(chǎng)績(jī)效分析,討論此環(huán)境下的業(yè)務(wù)拓展策略;最后本人認(rèn)為當(dāng)前我國(guó)銀行卡的受理環(huán)境建設(shè)正成為產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步升化的瓶頸,需要政府、社會(huì)、市場(chǎng)等多方面正能量的協(xié)作,,共同推進(jìn)方能取得預(yù)期的效果,以加快我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展步伐。
[Abstract]:As a comprehensive financial product integrated with many derivatives, such as consumption, settlement, credit and financial management in twenty-first Century, the bank card is the product of the combination of traditional financial services and modern network information technology. It is also the inevitable result of the process of currency development revealed by Marx. The bank card business has become the most influential economy in today's economy. As one of the business, the bank card business represented by the United States has developed rapidly and gradually matured. Since the first mid bank card issued in 80s of last century, although China has experienced more than 30 years of rapid development, it has shown a large increase in annual card volume, increasing penetration of the market, deepening of permeability, and trading volume. As the whole industrial system is concerned, it is still in the stage of transition from the introduction period to the growth period. The scale and overall competitiveness are relatively weak, and there is a big gap between the mature industry and the operating environment.
After the full opening of China's financial market, most of the domestic banks have two currency cooperation with VISA, MASTER and other credit card organizations. On the one hand, the bank card market structure is complicated, on the other hand, it affects the expansion of the bank card business. Therefore, the practical experience of the domestic and foreign bank card business development is summarized in time, and the gap is carefully analyzed. It is of great significance to accelerate the development of our country's business development, which is of great significance to the development of the bank card business of China's commercial banks. This paper focuses on the research of the whole bank card business, first of all, through the development course of the typical American bank card and Korean bank card, which provides reference value for the development of our bank card business; secondly, it will provide a reference for the development of the bank card business in China. Using bilateral market theory, SCP framework analysis and other theoretical analysis framework, combining with the development status of China's bank card business, starting with the promotion and use of bank card business, it lists the market structure, market share and market performance analysis of the representative fourteen commercial banks' bank card business, and discusses the business expansion strategy under this environment. At last, I think that the acceptance environment construction of the bank card in our country is becoming the bottleneck of the further upgrading of the industry, and it needs the cooperation of the government, society and the market in many aspects, so as to promote the expected effect, so as to speed up the development of the bank card business of our commercial banks.
