【摘要】：ECFA的簽訂與全面實施,為海峽兩岸金融合作創(chuàng)造了巨大的空間。本文采用規(guī)范的分析方法,針對海峽兩岸金融合作的現(xiàn)狀、作用和路徑進(jìn)行深層次分析,認(rèn)為加強(qiáng)金融合作是目前兩岸的必然選擇,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)兩岸商業(yè)銀行、證券業(yè)和保險業(yè)的合作,建立海峽兩岸區(qū)域性金融服務(wù)中心,加強(qiáng)金融監(jiān)管合作,完善金融犯罪懲罰的法律制度。
[Abstract]:The signing and full implementation of ECFA have created a huge space for cross-strait financial cooperation. This article adopts the standard analysis method, according to the cross-strait financial cooperation present situation, the function and the path carries on the deep level analysis, believed that strengthens the financial cooperation is the present cross-strait inevitable choice, should strengthen the cross-strait commercial bank, Cooperation between the securities industry and the insurance industry, the establishment of regional financial service centers across the Taiwan Strait, the strengthening of financial supervision and cooperation, and the improvement of the legal system for the punishment of financial crimes.
