【摘要】：本報告基于對歐洲創(chuàng)業(yè)投資業(yè)發(fā)展歷程的考察,從創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境、政府基金支持、稅收優(yōu)惠政策、退出機制、監(jiān)管體制和行業(yè)協(xié)會作用等六個方面,全面總結(jié)了歐洲主要國家發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)投資業(yè)的經(jīng)驗。結(jié)合中國國情,我國發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)投資須從創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境、政府基金支持、稅收優(yōu)惠等方面加以促進和完善。
[Abstract]:This report is based on a review of the development of the European venture capital industry, from six aspects: the entrepreneurial environment, government fund support, tax incentives, exit mechanisms, regulatory regimes and the role of industry associations. The experience of developing venture capital industry in major European countries is summarized. In combination with China's national conditions, the development of venture capital in China should be promoted and perfected from the aspects of entrepreneurial environment, government fund support, tax preference and so on.
